To our disbelief, the owner asked my husband if he intended to pay for a red glass bowl that was in his pocket. Confused and deeply insulted, he emptied his pockets to prove her mistake and we left. To accuse someone of theft when they're making a marked effort to bring items up to the register seems odd. Why would we bother to place a hundred dollars or more worth of items by the register? Needless to say they not only lost the sale today but we won't be back and are not able to recommend this establishment to anyone.

Upon checkout, the lady at the front desk accused me of shoplifting a bowl. I have never stolen anything in my life or been accused of stealing, and didn't really even know how to respond. If I were going to steal something, why would I put thirty items on the desk to pay for??? This made no sense u til I read reviews on several different platforms. Looks like I am not the only one to experience this from the people that own this shop. The people running this place are clowns. Do not go there!!! I always have a really hard time getting through on the phone. But that is really my only complaint. Everyone working there does their job with a smile. The doctors are good about answering questions and giving honest answers. The front staff is super helpful with finding the right glasses for you and helping you decide what you want with the lens.
