If I can warn just one person and prevent them from going to this dentist, it will be worth writing this review. I find it really interesting that the picture she uses looks nothing like her now. It could be a photo from years ago but it's hard to tell. But it's very indicative of her personality. The world centers around this person and she could care less about how you feel about what she's doing to you. She is unable to take any criticism however constructive it is. I honestly have never run across a less professional healthcare worker ever. She put temporaries on my upper teeth and when they kept breaking, she became angry with me, berating me, trying to shame me and telling me how much money I was costing her! I spent thousands of dollars with this doctor and was left with nothing to show for it but a truly horrible experience. The whole treatment was so bad it has forced me to file a complaint with the Dental Board of California. I feel so strongly that no one else gets humiliated and shamed by a healthcare provider like this doctor. First - I highly recommend Dr. Gill and her office! You won't regret it! And now, to the details: Dr. Gill was recommended to me by my implant surgeon, whom I highly value and who is considered to be one of the top Implant surgeons in the area. He praised her and he was right. Dr. Gill and the Implant surgeon worked on a plans for me after throughly assessing the status of my teeth and mouth. I met with Dr. Gill for a long hour to fully understand all the details, the reasoning behind each item, the options and the associated cost and timeline. It was very thorough and she was very attentive to my needs and capabilities. It was a full mouth restoration and I needed it. Through out the whole treatment which took more than a year, I felt that I am at the best hands in all respects. The work was super professional, she has these outstanding skills, she moves as fast as possible, she has solutions to any problem and she is very detail oriented and very attentive. She was very caring and one could feel that she is doing the best possible. Throughout this year I had temporaries that looked good and enabled me to eat. This is not trivial in such treatments. Janice, her dental assistant and Claudia who sees the office were wonderful as well. Professional, attentive and accomadating. I had to see Dr. Gill many times for little tweaks and fixes and they all made all the efforts to be there for me when needed (Dr. Gill even saw me on weekends for urgent matters!). I had the front three teeth crowned by Dr. Sahiwal. I can say that she took a great deal of pride in her work and was not interested in rushing the process. She took a keen interest in getting the color as natural looking as possible. She even took me outside into the natural sunlight to get that added perspective. After years of expensive, failure-prone bridge work and a smile that frightened small children, I fired my dentist and invested in my smile.
