I recently visited this Indochino location to get fitted for a suit for my wedding. I was incredibly pleased by the customer service - the fitting was quick and easy, and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about what styles/cuts were right to fit my body type. I also found the store itself very easy to navigate, and having the fabric samples on site made it much easier to visualize the final product I was ordering. The suit came very quickly, fit well, and looks great - I've already gotten compliments. I also appreciate the online measurement system - I am one of those people who always forgets his measurements, and having it recorded by the team (and professionally measured!) online has been a godsend. Needed a suit for job interviews and wanted to give them a try. Overall my experience with Indochino was a bit rough. As of yet I've gone in to the Cherry Creek location a total of 4 times and I'm still not done. First time was for measurements, second time I needed pants remade and jacket altered, third time was for alterations for new pants, forth time the new pants couldn't be altered enough to fit properly. Since then we are doing a full suit remake with a new fabric (original fabric no longer in stock). That being said, I've been working with management at this location and they have been very helpful and apologetic, as most of the problems have not been on their side. Despite the long wait, they worked with me to find a solution that best fit what I needed. If you decide to go with Indochino and want to get measured, do not be afraid to ask for someone to review their work, as this is the most important step. Additionally, don't forget that it's always easier to take in extra fabric than it is to let it out, so if you're hesitant about one of their measurements it's better to add a bit and take it in than go smaller and not have enough to let out. read more

I feel like this is the equivalent of me having a taylor made evening gown. Your significant other may not have a tailored suit on his bucket list so you should put it on there for him!!! After looking at Indochino online for a while, and having had my daughter take my measurements, I decided to head into the Denver store to actually look at the fabrics and confirm measurements. This is definitely the way to go -- nothing beats seeing the materials in person. The fabric I though I wanted wasn't so, and I chose another suit. The fitting was smooth and the salesman (I think it was Alex - beard and vest) was great. The whole measurement process/fitting was seamless. Note, I was there on a weekday afternoon -- no idea what the weekends are like when they are busy. The suit was ordered that day (Hemsworth Navy) and arrived in about 10 days - faster than advertised. It fit perfectly, with no need for supplemental tailoring. My first custom suit was a grand slam. I will be ordering a few more soon. I wear suits daily for work, and had been looking at Jos A Banks and men's warehouse. You get so much more for your money with Indochino. I was a skeptic looking on-line, having only ever bought off-the-rack at department stores. But I'm now sold on Indochino. I made an appointment, got my measurements, and my fiancée and I picked out exactly what we wanted in terms of color and style of the suit. The whole team here delivers excellent customer service. The suit turned out great! And they helped us ensure that everything fit perfectly, helped me find the perfect tie, and now I'm all set to get married. Your website says 2-3 weeks for a suit but the store says 4-5 weeks. There isn't even an option to pay extra for a rush. I was very disappointed in the service orientation. read more

I really want to love Indochino because the suit I got there for my wedding is amazing for the price. However, it's been a HUGE hassle on top of the stress of a planning wedding. I was fitted and ordered my suit on February 2 thinking it would be more than enough time for my June 15 wedding. The suit came about 6 weeks later (due to Chinese holidays--it's typically 3-4 weeks), which was expected, and I went in to have alterations done. They told me that it would take another 6 weeks to finish the alterations, which is a bit long but again, understandable because I get that they're not a dedicated tailoring shop. However, when they came back, the alterations were comically horrible (as in huge balloon pants at the top and super fitted at the ankles, and pretty huge shoulders). The Indochino representative I worked with in the store when I was picking my alterations up recognized how bad it was, but told me that it would be another 6 weeks to fix it...which would have been after my wedding. She told me that "it's wedding season, so things take a lot longer" which I understand, but not when I originally ordered in early February AND they were the ones who messed the alterations up. I was told I would need to take it to a 3rd party tailor down the street but that I would be reimbursed for the cost of fixing their alteration blunder. However, when I picked up my alterations from the 3rd party tailor (which were perfect, thank god--shoutout to Erol's Tailoring) and tried to process a reimbursement for tailoring, their system told me that my order is no longer eligible for a reimbursement because it's more than 15 days after I received my order. I'm now having to navigate their opaque customer service process to try to get my reimbursement for $74 worth of alterations I had to pay for because they got it so egregiously wrong the first time. I'm not going back and forth with their support team just to get this reimbursement I was told I would get. Again, Indochino's showroom tailor botched it, and now I'm having to deal with the hassle of fighting for a refund for their mistake. Not to mention, this is a MASSIVE headache on top of getting married and hosting hundreds of family members from out of town. So in summary, the quality of the suit and fitting experience were great, but I'd think twice about getting a suit here if you need it to fit well for an event any less than 5 or 6 months out. I'm sure this is not the experience of the majority of customers, but it seems a bit of a gamble to be in that minority nonetheless. Also, I get that comparatively their prices are good, but it seems a bit absurd to pay more than $700 for a tailored suit, then have to pay another $74 to get my tailored suit tailored again. I'm also pretty pissed at this point because as any married human is aware, wedding planning is stressful...and Indochino is needlessly adding to the stress. They could very easily just issue a refund, but thus far, they've made me jump through hoops. That said, I've tried to keep this review as objective as possible...which has been somewhat of a challenge haha. read more

Stopped by to asked about merchandise pricing. There were 2 sales clerks just standing/sitting, no customers and the clerks referred me to their website. For a place that sells itself on custom clothes, the clerks didn't seem too interested to help. I am not sure what a fitting would look like if this is how they normally operate. This was such a discouraging experience I decided to go with Nordstrom for today. When I look for tailored clothes, I will find a different shop. read more

I attended the walk the aisle event last night. I found what could have been a great suit for my wedding. There were only two people working ,one women at the door checking people off and the other was a young man in a tuxedo. I wanted to order my suit too lock in the discounted price but the young man in the tuxedo had two other people he was helping. There wasn't anyone else just a bunch of women drinking and eating. Very disappointed in the night. I even asked a lady how does this work I've never been here. And I asked another women to help me, all she said we're not doing measurements tonight sense we are drinking. Pick a fabric and make an appointment. That's all she said NO HELP what so ever. No one explain the difference in fabric. Nothing no hi welcome thank you for coming. What the heck are they here to sell suits or party. I just left. The customer service here sucks. Other then that one guy in the tuxedo. If it wasn't for him they wouldn't have sold anything!! This is a high in store with low in customer service. Hire people who actually want to work! read more

Went into Indochino for my first time and had a great experience. Much of that is to do with how great it was to work with Promise. She is a rock star and did an incredible job of making me feel comfortable, not overselling, and providing fashion tips when needed. I was in the Cherry Creek store today at 11:00am to check out the suits and concept and was EXTREMELY disappointed with the customer service. I setup an appointment in advance and was on time. I began to explain to the attendant what I was looking for and he quickly cut me off and spent the next few minutes telling me why I did not understand how their concept works. Since I had not been in the store before this was obviously something I was unaware of, but he proceeded to treat me as if I knew nothing. From there we moved quickly to the suit selection process. He spent roughly 30 seconds explaining to me the options and from there I was forced to choose a suit. We then began the tailoring process until he informed me that I would not receive my suit for 4-5 weeks. I asked if I could still fill out a profile so when I'm ready to purchase I can simply do so and he said no. Apparently unless you buy a suit on the spot you cannot work with an attendant. The second he felt as though I was not going to purchase a suit today it was obvious he had lost interest. Nothing is worse than a bad first impression. To Indochino's management - you may want to work on your customer service efforts at your Cherry Creek location. read more

I was a true fan of Indochino and had shopped at their Beverly Hills store in the past. I have several shirts and suits from them. I had an issue recently with an order at this store. I posted about it and received a quick response. It looks like maybe things will get resolve and I will be able to increase my review. What started as a great experience has since spiralled into the worst case of clothes buying I've ever had. Got measured in June, people were nice and helpful. Clothes came 2ish weeks later, and the guy that had measured me had done the worst job I've ever seen. The sleeves were easily 2 inches too long, not even close. One of the shirts came with a hole in the fabric, and the blazer didn't fit at all either. Went back in, dropped off my shirts, they sent a remake for the hole, no problem. That was 2 months ago. Havent heard from them at all unless I call them, they're rude, and extremely unaccomidating. I've since moved states and needed my clothes done before work started this last Monday and not only did they not meet that deadline (2 months to tailor some shirts?) they seem to have ghosted me completely. No one answers their phone, no one answers their email. If no one responds soon I guess I'm going to dispute the credit card charges and call it a loss. Avoid this store like the plague. It sucks because I've bought suits from them online before and loved them, but this store is a mess and on the verge of fraudulent read more

If there was an option for 0 stars I would choose that. I went in and got "fitted" for two suits for a new job I would be starting a month from then, knowing that it may take a week or so to get potential alterations. When the suits arrived, they were so ill fitting it looked like I was a child wearing my fathers suits. Pants were baggy, too long, too loose around the waist, the jacket looked like it would fit someone 50 lbs more than me - also baggy, too long, and the collar bunched up due to my broad shoulders (other places I've gone including mens wearhouse made this the first alteration because it was obvious to them it would be an issue). I call indochino about getting alterations letting them know about my deadline for the new job, and they said they were so backed up (well over a month wait) that there was no way they would be able to do them in time, and so I should go to my own tailor and they would reimburse up to 75$ (seemed reasonable at the time). I go to the tailor (who mentioned customers of indochino OFTEN come in and that it seems they can never get it right) and she quotes me 200$ in alterations PER SUIT. I call indochino and they say there is nothing they can do, to call customer service. I call customer service and again all they can offer is the 75$ per suit or to completely redo the suits. Neither option in my opinion is acceptable at all - the tailor already was working on my suits, so I couldn't bring them back for a "redo" even if I had the time to wait for that (plus inevitable additional alterations). To sum it up, not only is their initial service terrible (nice people, but couldn't measure you correctly to save their lives) - but their customer service is equally inept and unwilling to realize their mistake and make it right. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Do yourself a favor and go to Macy's or Mens wearhouse. They may not always get it right every time either but at least they can get it close - indochino's measurements were not even close to a correct fit. read more

I really want to like this company, I think it is a great idea to order suits online, but my last experience with them left me wondering if it was all worth it. I did the custom suit by taking all the measurements and submitting them online months before my sisters wedding. Everything was going great, then I got the suit. The Blazer and shirt were pretty close to a great fit, but the pants were pretty off. Not a problem, I figured I may have to get some alterations since it was all online. Went in, which was a pain since parking in that area is difficult. But my overall experience there was good, staff was nice and I didn't have to wait too long. I was supposed to get them back in a few weeks, which was getting close to the wedding date and I was told that they were behind and that they only had one tailor. Okay, fine, as long as I got it before the wedding then it wouldn't really be an issue. I waited and waited though and finally a few days after I was supposed to get a call about the pants I called them. This is where they began to lose me. See, they couldn't find my pants or the order, or any record of me coming in. It took them a few hours to finally call me back and say that they finally found them and that they would get them back to me ASAP. They read back the dimensions though and they had the wrong dimensions down. I talked with them and we got the right directions figured out and went forward. When I finally got them back, just a few days before the wedding, I tried them on and found they STILL went ahead and did the wrong dimensions. We had decided not the hem the legs and they still did. I was able to wear them, so long as no one looked down towards my shoes. Again, everything was fine until I knelt down during the ceremony and THEY RIPPED IN THE BUTT.... This was the first time I had worn them as I hadn't even had time to re-try them on after getting them altered. I can understand needing alterations when it's done online, I can understand getting them back delayed when short staffed, but there was shoddy tailoring on the pants that allowed them to rip (even since they were not tight around the butt), and the miscommunications involved (misplacing the pants and also getting the dimensions wrong again), makes it hard to want to go back and give this company a second shot. read more
