I went in today as I was unhappy with the tailoring made to two suits I purchased. Quite often, when you go back, the staff isn't very friendly. This was not the case at this particular Indochino. Anri, who helped me, was incredibly kind and very professional. He understood what I did not like and was very helpful. Two months ago, we had what we thought was a great experience with Natalie, however it appears that as soon as you give them your money, her customer service stops there. The first issue happened when our suit arrived and there was an issue with one of the customizations we asked for. We did not receive functional buttons on the sleeve and the pants were a bit snug. We alerted Natalie and she informed us, we in fact did not ask for functional buttons. To which we referenced our receipt/invoice, and it in fact says it in plain text, we did. After sharing proof with her, she obviously couldn't lie anymore, and had to have us bring it in. Now we tried to set up a final fitting to get all this taken care, and she informed us they don't do final fittings on weekends, mind you we bought our suit on a weekend, and were never informed as such during the appointment. I explained that my fiance works 12 hours days on film sets Monday-Friday and it was impossible for us to come on a weekday, and she made an exception because the suit was wrong. When we arrived for the 1st fitting, she seemed cold, and like she couldn't want to get us out of there. I guess because she wasn't getting more money out of us. When we got the email that the new pants were in, we got an email informing me we had to make an appointment to pick up the pants to try them on, again, only during the week. At that point, we decided to just show up and pick them up on a Sunday without an appointment and they weren't even busy, so we picked them up without trying them on and figured if they don't fit well, we will have someone else alter them, because to be honest, dealing with Natalie's inconsistent and poor customer service has left a poor taste in out mouths. The suit turned out great, and is a good value, but I guess you aren't paying for good customer care, or service, only the suit. I guess we will go to Suit Supply for future suits, considering, they treat you with more kindness and care. read more

Carlos was the person who helped me get fitted. He was very accommodating. When the other sales rep try to turn me away as a walk in, he was the one that came to help me. However, someone did tell me i can show up between 3-7pm as a walk in when I called them. Carlos was also very knowledgeable. I liked all the suggestions he gave me. I even end up buying two more vests and a shirt. Let see how everything fit then I'll know if I will ever come back to make more. Fingers crossed! read more

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE. This review is long overdue. My wedding was August of 2022. I ordered my tux months prior. I got it 2 weeks before my wedding and nothing about it was right. The first time I went there. I told them I will loose weight and so naturally when I receive it, it will be big on me. They said no problem. "We can make it smaller, but not bigger" 2 weeks prior to my wedding I get a pizza box thrown in front of my house (yes I have it on camera) the tux inside was so wrinkled up that dry cleaners couldn't fix it. I go in for what I thought would be my final fitting. At this point I am 18lbs less than my original measurement day. The tux is SKIN TIGHT. The pants are so tight I can't bend to tie my shoes. The coat was so tight it would rip if I coughed. They are telling me there is nothing we can do. Don't worry we will give you your money back. Now keep in mind. It's not the money I'm worried about. It takes a long time to make a custom fitted tuxedo. This was exactly 12 days before my wedding. There was 4 other grooms in the store same time as me ALL WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. The so called manager comes out he can't even breath because he was so tired of sitting down and doing nothing. Here is the kicker---- the manager tells me oh yea the guy who measured you doesn't work here anymore. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. BUNCH OF KIDS WHO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT SUITS AND TUXES WORK HERE. clueless manager. I think his name was Carlos. He was arguing with me about the tux and how he can't take responsibility since the guy who measured me doesn't work there. If there was one store I genuinely think should not exist. I hate to do this and rate this place one star, but they deserve it. I ordered a suit and a shirt on 3/2/2022 and the experience was nice but from there it went downhill... The sender generated a shipping label back on March 3/27 so far so good and a tracking number with DHL, dhl was sending updates here and there and yesterday I called because it shows my shipment is on hold in China for the past 10 days and it's already been six weeks since I ordered my suit and shirt.. I called DHL twice and spoke to two different reps and both said the shipper just created a label and we never even received a package!?!! No delivery estimated time! I called indochino customer service and their phone lines are not working, the only way to get a response is by email and it takes 10 business days!!! I called the store yesterday and they said the manager will give you a call back which he never did and I called today and a girl named NATALIE proclaimed she's the manager was extremely rude and refused to help said the item was shipped which clearly I told her multiple times that DHL said it didn't and only a label was created and she said I'm the manager and I can't help you and hung up on me, I called after that twice and she didn't pick up..seriously talk about bad customer service.. I called another store and they said they don't know where my suit will arrive if it will and it's probably better for me to dispute the charge and get a suit somewhere else since they don't know what will be the processing times now to get anything since their factory is on lock down in China..I have a wedding to attend in a month abroad and I really wanted this thing to work but indochino you have bad customer service and a really bad way of treating your clients, so I did dispute the charge and I will have to find a suit somewhere else probably not custom made since I won't have enough time to get it done by the time I leave..thanks indochino for nothing, I will definitely not be back to you and so as my friends and family. read more

Very poor customer service. When I walked in from my measurements and saw another customer trying on an ill fitting jacket, saying this is the third time he has been back, I should have known what I was in for. I purchased 3 shirts. One ripped the first time I tried it on. They made another. It also ripped the first time I tried it on. Note, this is trying it on. It never left my house and was mere inches from the DHL bag it was delivered in. When I took this back, I was told it was my fault and I could buy another one. They would not offer a different material or another shirt. Custom shirt/suit retailers rely on quality and customer service. Both are terrible here. read more

***THESE PEOPLE WILL DISCRIMINATE YOU*** My fiancé and I came here because he saw their online store and they had a nice variety of colors. They also sent him complimentary color swatches since he is looking for a particular shade of teal. We decided to make a trip down the store (this location in the Americana) since its closest to us. We walked in and we were dressed in shorts and sandals (its 90+ degrees, there is no way in hell we are going in black tie attire) and no one in the store greeted us. We were in the store for 10 minutes and there were 2 sales associates. The male associate was helping another gentleman but the female associate (has green/blue eyes, thin with black hair) was on the register. We were walking around looking at the suits and the female associate was walking around asking the other couples if they needed assistance. All of them said no. She then went back to her register and she did not ask us if we needed help. She acted as if we were invisible. I mean, the store is really small and there was only like 5 people inside. She cannot say she did not see us. My fiancé was very upset (he is a very patient, easy going man and never complains about anything) because he felt like she was being discriminative towards us based on the way we were dressed. The other people in the store were dressed in high heels and designer brands and had shopping bags so I guess that is why she ignored us. My fiancé told her that he needed assistance and she told him "you need to make an appointment for help." First of all, if you are asking other people if they need assistance, how come they don't need an appointment for assistance???? Hmm... So in the end, my fiancé made an appointment but when we walked out the store, he felt really bad cause of the way we were treated and told me he was never coming back. WORD OF ADVICE to ANYONE who wants to shop here: make an appointment online and come dressed in designer clothes and tell your girlfriend to come in high heels and make-up so you don't get discriminated. Also, having lots of shopping bags makes for a nice touch. You will be treated like royalty and not ignored. As for us, we found a suit store in the Glendale Galleria across the street from this location and they are of higher quality. We will be going with them. read more

I bought a custom suit here for my wedding. The staff was so incredibly helpful during my measurements (and took way more detailed measurements than any other MTM suit stores I had visited). I loved all the customization options (and the ability to get a tailored dress shirt as well). Everything came in and fit perfectly, I was completely blown away! No alterations were needed on the suit and they pressed it for free right before the wedding. I would like to start off with the amazing service that my fiancé and I received from Nico. He was so helpful in helping us decide what we wanted on the suit. He explained and gave his opinion in a very professional manner, giving us examples of what he has and of what he's seen from other customers. But aside from the service the materials and the options you have for a suit are amazing. The fact that you can customize your suit to make it your own by adding embroidery is something very unique and special in a suit (especially when you're getting married). Bought my first two custom suits and I couldn't be happier. Niko helped me out and took care of me. It's obvious Niko loves what he does and is very knowledgeable. He made it a very simple straight forward process. It can be a lengthy process time-wise going through so many different options but Niko was there to answer any questions and give suggestions. I received my suit the day right before I needed them and I was pressed for time, I was going to just settle for another suit I had if my new suits didn't come on time. I took my suit in that evening for a final look and the length of the pants needed to be adjusted but it wasn't terrible where I can couldn't wear it the next day. Harut really helped me out and was able to work with their in-house tailor to make the adjustment on the spot for me and pressed the suits. Harut came in clutch! I really appreciate these guys and will definitely recommend them and be back myself. read more
