Excellent customer service from Ivan and managers at the Glendale Indochino store! First time - I went here to get my suit when my brother was getting married. They noticed the first suit that came in (ordered at another indochino store) had measurement imperfections and they opted to re-order without extra cost to assure highest quality and fit. I really appreciated their intervention since the suits are not cheap in price. I loved the end results and attention to detail! Second time - I came here three times to first look at colors and styles, then finalize my suit size, and third time to get it tailored. I had the pleasure to work with Ivan who gave me tips and suggestions when I asked him, and brought much knowledge and positive energy. They honor any deal that you can find online as well, and they told me when I made my appointment if I see a deal online to take a picture with a date and they would still honor it when I came down for my appointment. This time around I came with 4 of my groomsman to get fitted for a wedding suit. Had an appointment and was pretty good experience, I picked the exact suit I wanted and everyone else just selected the customization that goes inside the suit. Measurements were taken pretty fast and overall took about 1.5 hours for 5 guys to get fitted. Solid experience. Definitely make sure to check their website often because I got 20% off all my suits which comes out to be a pretty hefty chunk (~$100ish per suit). read more

Had a bespoke seersucker suit made for my husband. The sales people were friendly. But their tailor worked on the suit 4 different times, and just couldn't figure it out. Paid for the suit, but was unhappy at the result. I guess we all just gave up, but the result did not reflect the price paid. read more

This experience was tremendously better than my previous encounter with Indochino. I made an in-person appointment for a full body measurement to be used on a bespoke suit. I went in a few minutes early and was immediately greeted by the salesperson, Ivan. I told him what I wanted: a properly-fitting traditional suit with none of the added flairs of a skinny, short, modern-day suit. I mentioned the King of Spain's suits (if you know, you know) and he immediately knew what I wanted my suit to look like. Ivan was detail-oriented from the start. He explained every aspect of the suit to me, from the fabric choices to the color options for the button holes. He explained every measurement he took and gave me options to give a little room here or there or to make it more snug. He mentioned options that I didn't even know were a thing, like shortening the sleeve of the arm I wear my watch on by half an inch to make the watch peek out from under the fabric a little more. I even got to customize my long sleeves! The suit came to my door a few weeks later. And boy, I was impressed. I had custom suits from SuitSupply in the past but I made the mistake of tailoring it too tightly, not giving thought to my body's ever-evolving dimensions. Ivan led me down a correct and proper path, and the end result shows it very well. The final suit came out to be around $600, and I have to say, it's well-worth it. I wore it to my birthday dinner, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I will come back again to purchase more suits! read more

I would never in a million years recommend Indochino for your suit purposes. They say that it's 'custom tailored to you" but they take generic measurements with lots of fluffy options and it's cheaply tailored to your rough specs in China and shipped over to you. I've literally been to those tailoring streets in China and these suits are like $50-100 at best. My guy got the worst looking suit ever upon arrival - it literally looked like he was wearing a diaper. We went in for a "fitting" and you have to make an appointment for these second fittings, but fittings can only be done during the weekday because weekends are reserved for selling suits. They gave a lot of excuses about the fabric being the way it is, or the tailoring is just the way it is, or that it didn't need tailoring. Look at the pictures and see how bad it is - they tried to convince us to walk away like that.   We got so much hassle about getting it actually tailored. We tried to come back a second time for tailoring because we got so many comments from folks at the wedding that his suit looked terrible but Indochino said it "looked fine and there was nothing they could do". I've never felt so helpless or enraged with a bespoke, retail experience. We're out $600 and it's final sale. I've literally never had such a scammy, terrible experience in my life before. Indo does all the aesthetics right - but once they have your money, execution and delivery is forgettable. The other reviews here don't lie - listen to them. I was really impressed with Carlos' professionalism and support as my husband was getting refitted for a custom coat. The coat was ordered online, but came out extremely short and tapered. He helped with tailoring the coat, and when that didn't work out, he helped with returning the coat and exchanging the order for a coat that would have the right proportions. He had great communication skills and helped this situation get solved quickly. The overall quality was poor and not what was promised for a custom garment. I requested a full refund immediately. I returned the suit in person the next day and explained clearly that I could not accept alterations or a remake due to timing and the severity of the issues. Indochino has delayed responses and misrepresented what was discussed during my visit. Their policy states "no refunds," but this situation goes beyond fit preferences -- the garment is defective and unwearable. My spouse went for a fitting. In the middle of the fitting, someone else took the measurements for the pants. Most of the items fit pretty good for a first pass. The pants are too tight and too short. Overall, the suit is nice. This review is more for the second fitting experience. We had an appointment for right at opening. The tailor kept jumping between us and another couple that had no appointment. Why not make them wait, and give each client your full attention? This place is in the Americana, they could go for a quick walk. Our fitting would only take a few minutes then their fitting would be quicker, too. But now you stretch out everyone's time. The Most Disrespectful Customer Service Experience of My Life On Friday, December 27, 2024, I had an appointment scheduled at 3:00 PM at Indochino to get fitted for two custom suits. I arrived a bit early, around 2:40 PM, and politely asked if there was any chance they could see me sooner. The store representative--a man with a beard and glasses--asked me to return at my scheduled time, which I happily agreed to. At 3:00 PM sharp, I walked back in and noticed the representative assisting another customer. I didn't mind at first and took a seat, figuring it wouldn't take long. However, as the minutes ticked by, it became clear this wasn't going to be a brief wait. 30 minutes went by. Not once did the representative acknowledge me or offer an explanation. I stayed patient, assuming it was just a busy day. But as someone who came prepared to spend thousands of dollars, the least I expected was a quick check-in or some courtesy about the delay. At 3:30 PM, a walk-in customer, someone without an appointment, entered the store and began browsing their scarf display. Despite knowing I had been waiting for half an hour, the representative approached this walk-in customer, asked how he could help, and proceeded to assist her. He even started creating her profile and setting up a new customer account--completely ignoring me. I was stunned. This wasn't just poor service; it felt like blatant disrespect. I finally confronted him and asked if I should just leave. His response? "Sorry, bro, we scheduled three appointments for 3:00 PM today." Excuse me? Who schedules three appointments for the same time slot and thinks that's acceptable? Even worse, this explanation came after 30 minutes of being ignored. A simple acknowledgment or apology, like "We're extremely busy, can you come in at 4:00?" would have been enough. Instead, this representative chose to waste my time and treat me as if I didn't matter. To make matters worse, he ended our conversation with a sarcastic "Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas." I left the store feeling disrespected and completely disregarded. As a first-time customer, I had walked in ready to purchase at least two custom three-piece suits. Thanks to this representative's shocking behavior, I left spending nothing. I took my business to Suitsupply instead, where they greeted me warmly, shook my hand, and saw to me immediately. I ended up buying three better-looking suits there, and the experience was night and day. If you're planning to spend more than $500 on custom clothing, do yourself a favor and avoid Indochino at all costs. The least a store can do is treat you like a human being. I genuinely cannot believe this representative still has a job. That was my first--and last--experience with Indochino. Thank you for wasting my time and disrespecting me so thoroughly. read more

With my old suit starting to show it's age with its scuffs and holes, it was time for me to start looking for a new one. I wasn't sure what to expect at first since it's my first time getting a made to measure suit and I was a bit anxious. However, I would soon be put at ease. The staff here were a great help in helping me choose the materials and customizations. Levon was the first to help me get measured up, Margarita helped me add a vest and dress shirt when I decided to stop in a few days following, and Carlos and Harut helped me with alterations to my jacket and vest. Everyone was very friendly, informative, and pretty straight forward when we got to discussing customizations and accessories. And though it does take some time for the suit to be made and arrive at my doorstep (that was expected since it's made to my particular measurements and handled by dhl for shipment), I couldn't be happier with my experience. I've seen the quality of an Indochino suit, and I'm sure what I purchased will be satisfying. The showroom itself, however, left me with a lot to be desired. Generally, it just felt cheap. Maybe that's how they're able to offer the price-point they do, but I think there are small things that can be done to improve the customer experience. Four things came to mind: 1) The dressing room. The curtains have a hard time closing because of the type of curtain used. If it was a curtain on rings, rather than rings imbedded in the curtain itself, gravity would hold it in place. As it was, the curtain springs back after it gets pulled to the edge. Also, the walls of the dressing room moved when I brushed past it. Generally, it just gave me a weak sense of security that I was undressing in a spot that would ensure privacy. 2) The fitting space. The lighting here is terrible. LED overhead lights are so harsh, especially right overhead. It casts a hard shadow and hurts the eyes. Honestly, I wasn't enjoying looking at myself or my new suit in the mirror. 3) The timeline. It wasn't until I was set with my suit that the employee let me know how long it would take to get it back: three to six weeks. I can see why a business would want to lean away from putting that out there up front, but it did seem like a rug pull. 4) Small customer experience stuff. I'm there for an hour, so maybe offer me a water? I came in wearing a jacket, so maybe offer me a hanger for it instead of laying it on a stool? Could you also offer a space for the employees to mingle so I'm not overhearing their conversations as I shop? I came in with an appointment, but no one was ready to help me pick out my suit fabric. My customer experience didn't start until I told the employee I had found what I liked. As I said, ultimately if the suit is the quality I expect, I'll be satisfied. But the experience getting there left a lot to be desired. read more

My brother went for his FOURTH suit fitting and each one has been completely off to the point that they've have to reorder a complete new suit each time. First visit was over 3 months before the actual event and now because of indochino's unprofessionalism the suit is not going to be ready in time for the event. Complete waste of time going here. The workers have absolutely zero idea what they're doing and know nothing about how to take proper measurements. Quality of suits are amazing . For it being an upscale men's clothing store you would think they would have friendly- professional people working here . My husband came in to shop for some suits for work. As soon as he walked in and asked an employee a question - the first thing this employee said to him was "you do know our suits start at 545.00? Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I don't know what gave him that assumption to make that judgement , but the manager from this store needs to properly train their employees.
