Been coming here since they opened in Glendale. Their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I've been helped by Shawn for my past 2 visits. He's easy to work with and always makes me feel welcome. For first timers, I highly recommend making an appointment to get fitted by Indochino in person. I made my first purchase many moons ago when LA did not have a showroom and my suit came out god awful (I am never self measuring ever again and will have to give up my dreams of being a tailor lol). Luckily indochino has a guarantee fit policy and I was able to get my alterations bill reimbursed. Fast forward to 2018, indochino opened up in Glendale and I had my measurements redone at the showroom. My new suits come out perfect now. Indochino is perfect for those who don't fit off the rack suits. Make sure you tell them how you want your suit to fit when you come in on your first visit. Beware. As soon as your money goes in, bye bye customer service. Was very excited to get my tux for my wedding done here. I had 6 groomsmen get measured for their suits. 4 of them at this location and 2 of them at a location in Arizona. No issues AT ALL IN THE ARIZONA LOCATION. But COUNTLESS ONES HERE. As soon as I put money in for my tux, and mentioned my groomsmen will be getting suits as well My Groomsmen going to this glendale location has told me nightmares on scheduling and the measurements of their suit. The young girl is absolutely clueless 24/7. The men there dont give a fuck and are just so over it. Everyone at this location hates their lives. read more

This is the first time my husband had a suite made especially for him. When we got the suite back, we loved the suite. Although it did need some minor alterations, and we have very little time before our daughter's wedding, we took it back and Margarita and the tailor took care of it. The lighting in the store is deceptive. Under store lights, the fabrics looked different than under natural or white light. It wasn't a huge deal, but the fabric was darker than it looked in the store because of the poor lighting. I ordered purple linen, which appeared a light violet in store, but ended up being a medium purple under more normal lighting. The real issue is that I went in to the store to get shirts after I received the suits. I originally came in for two shirts, but ended up getting five to go with the suits. I requested two shirts with Nehru collars and three with point collars. I told the salesperson that I did not want spread collar shirts and repeated two with Nehru collars and three with point collars, and the colors for each. When I was shown the order before confirming, I did not see any reference to the collar type, only the shirt colors, which were all correct. When I received the shirts, not a single shirt had the correct collar. They were all standard spread collar shirts. Two of the shirts were for an event in three days. There is no way I can get another custom-tailored shirt in three days. read more

***UPDATE***PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE Since I've posted the update I've been in communication with Natalie who has not provided a refund. They are making things extremely complicated initially arguing against a refund despite their Bait and Switch SCAM. They also stated that remaking the vest would be difficult since the 2nd fabric, the fabric they replaced the one I initially ordered, is also out of stock. I asked for a refund and they said no. They asked for me to drive to Glendale (not ship) the vest to them to initiate the remake...some garbage about needing to take photos of the vest while I wear it!!! So again people, stay away from this place!! It's likely I will never get a remake of my vest or a refund without small claims court or initiating a dispute with my credit card. Even if I did get a remake I likely won't get it until 2022. If you want to deal with bad customer service for a year by all means shop here. read more

A wonderful experience from start to finish. The step-by-step ordering each detail made it custom and unique. I would strongly recommend leaving plenty of time (and order way before date you need) for adjustments. We ordered two complete suits and two separate blazer. Update following receiving my suit. The suit was tight in a number of spots despite it being made to measure. The sleeves were way too tight, and the thighs/crotch were very tight as well. Indochino did fix the suit, but the construction just felt a bit sloppy considering they measured everything before making the suit. Still give the employees here 5 stars though. read more

It took me a year to finally go in and get a suit fitted for my son. Indochino came on my radar not just because we go to the Americana but also because I belong to a support group of parents with kids who are Trans. I wanted my son to have a positive experience buying his first suit. Of course, he didn't buy it - I did, however being measured for a suit is an intimate process especially for a kid with dysphoria, but the first visit with Harut was perfect. My son felt comfortable and listened to. He learned a lot in the fitting, yet still had deep conversations about anime with Harut. This definitely helped. I loved all the detailing offered at Indochino. The lining in his suit, the naming of it embroidered, and the details that went into the type of shirt my son ordered was an experience. Considering all the custom details I can't say the suit was anymore then buying from JCrew or Banana Republic which is where we would have gone. We went to the final fitting and everyone was still equally nice and professional. My son is excited about adding more dressy clothing to his wardrobe and I believe he will be a customer for a long time. I was in a wedding party, and the 4 groomsman all had suits made at this location. 4 out of 4 suits were made incorrectly and needed to be fixed. When I brought my suit in for tailoring, the employees of the store tried to somehow blame me for the suit being made poorly. I was able to get pieces of the suit replaced, but I had to push a little to make it happen. I will legit never go back to this business, and I don't think anyone should. read more
