If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered paper back in March and received the wrong paper. They sent me the info to return and I repurchased the paper again and did receive the correct paper the 2nd time. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND FOR THE FIRST PAPER THAT THEY SENT TO ME IN ERROR. I ordered wallpaper from this company's website in November, 2025. It turns out the wallpaper had been discontinued. one week after my order was placed i received email notification that my order status had changed to "refunded". No refund came. i made several calls and sent several emails asking the status of the refund, but with no results. in late December I finally contacted my bank to dispute the charge on my credit card. In January, my bank succeeded in obtaining my refund for me. what should have been a simple transaction ended up being weeks of me pursuing money that was owed to me. Fraud- They took my money and kept giving me delay emails. They have a Google number that sends you to voicemail. I emailed them regularly and got a delayed product response. Also, I called 3 times in an hour window, 3rd time someone finally picked up telling me I could get my refund through PayPal. They never called me back earlier on when I left voicemails about my order. They are scammers! read more

I keep reaching out to Indoor Wallpaper to refund me for a return that was submitted well within the timeframe needed to provide a refund with no response. I have called and emailed numerous times. DO NOT purchase anything from this company. There is an amount of uncertainty that goes into purchasing wallpaper because you must know a lot about the use of it, the texture, how it measures and where to buy it. I covered two large walls in my previous home; it took a lot of patience and time. I purchased the wallpaper from Amazon since it was a commonly used website for my shopping needs. I received the wallpaper within a few days and then drove to Home Depot to pick up some paste and tools. I got some help from my girlfriend and her friend to cover up my walls because I just could not tackle it alone. And I wish I had a picture now because it accented my room and turned it into a portrait of art. The wallpaper had a metallic shimmer in the damask detail, which brought so much elegance to my bedroom. Like wow. I didn't think it was going to change the feel of this room like that. And the bathroom accent wall was equally comfortable - the wallpaper made it feel warm, or cozier and matches my towels so good! From my experience it isn't easy to buy wallpaper online but it's also one of those things that is harder to buy in-store since it can be bulky. All those rolls lying around on shelves so you can't even see the layout or design. But when you're buying online you get a snip-it photograph of the design. And on this website you can sort of zoom in to the different textures or styles. Now, in my new-to-me home I plan on furnishing the bedroom again. I've considered doing the bathroom but this time planning to paint the bathroom and cover the bedroom. I found this website by using Google search, so I have been searching through the website and even emailed the company twice to ask questions. One feature that I considered a pleasantry is the product calculator. First I measured my room in feet than I had to break it down to inches. Tip: write down all your measurements and draw a layout in pencil!! So now I have both measurements feet and inches. Using the websites calculator they had I entered in my bedroom dimensions and it displayed how many single rolls I needed to buy. I picked out the wallpaper by York called Ashford House. It isn't cheap but the manufacturer has a well-known brand. And if you look closely it shows a lot of detail that looks really nice from a distance. I assume this company purchased from a warehouse because it sounds like the owner works from home instead of right at the warehouse. I made a call to their Texas number and got a live person; but he called me back with my tracking number. I googled York Wallpaper and learned they ship out of Pennsylvania. Which makes total sense now. All in all a great experience for online wallpaper shopping. I'd say my only complaint would be how long it took to pick out the wallpaper I wanted to buy. The website has a lot of selection and different ways to find yourself down a rabbit hole of patterns. So please be kind to yourself and remember to write down a pattern number that you find interesting. read more

The wallpaper hasn't arrived and no one is answering the phone at interiorwallpaper.com. Don't buy from this company. They say they have items in stock, you purchase online, and then they say they changed your status to refunded, out of stock, but never send you your money back! They ask for your name before patching through your call, it goes to voicemail, then some rude guy calls you back saying you will get your damn refund! Totally not customer friendly and I had to go through my bank to cancel the purchase as fraud! read more

I'm giving five stars in my review because customer service was very helpful. I called them to find out if they had any "stone" patterns in-stock. I needed 50 sq feet pretty fast. Within an hour I received a response to my inquiry - I was given pattern numbers to look up. All the options had available stock.
