Ecstatic dance with Laura is phenomenal! She's a beautiful soul and her playlist always takes you on a beautiful ride. Love the way this class makes me feel and truly gives meaning to the "dance like no one is watching". Rachel's meditation and breath work is insanely relaxing and a PERFECT way to end ecstatic dance on Wednesday. She does this beautiful exercise with a candle that at my last session, had me flooded with emotions. Rachel's voice is the perfect tone for relaxation too! Pav yogas classes are small and it's very intimate but not intimidating. Everyone I have brought has been overwhelmed in her teaching techniques and the unique little studio in historical building down town Weatherford. I was pushed to my limit, but also had moments of deep relaxation. The teacher went above and beyond, giving her students just a little bit more for their money. It's just the right temperature and the class ends with a clean cool washcloth on your forehead during Shavasana. Loved it! Can't wait to come back.

I'm a newbie to pilates, and have been trying all the free sessions, to find what works for me. The class is from a prerecorded video. You are on the floor, attempting to keep up with the video. The video is playing at the top of the box, you have to struggle to do the moves while looking up(you are on the floor). I tried about 20 minutes. The front desk lady was very nice and tried to motivate me to stay longer. I couldn't do it. For me, it was a horrible experience. For others, tons of people enjoy it. They also have a rowing sauna box, and spin box with a few bikes crammed in, and a mini gym in the back.

On top of all of this nonsense, they do not properly explain that to you at sign up, charge you around $100 to buy there mats and towels plus membership and if you decide to leave an unfavorable review, they will attack your review in there attempt to make excuses for there failure. Just make sure you know ALL the rules for cancelling up front and the costs.
