I later learned they go over your face twice deuring an appointment. They didn't for most of my appointments except the last one. When I asked Esther, she gave a flimsy excuse. So 90% of my treatments were incomplete. They took a "Before" photo but not an After. Why? Because Pico didn't improve my scars at all, so there wasn't enough dramatic improvement to sell this service. A year or two later, I got sucked into a second treatment series when Esther exclaimed how my skin looked "so improved!" Again a Before photo but no after one, because there wasn't any improvement. In the last year I noticed this aesthetic clinic was no longer pushing Pico. When I asked Esther about it, she couldn't look me in the eye when she said "they weren't offering that service right now" and the "Pico machine was being serviced." But for a year or thereabouts? Pico might work for tattoo removal or for rejuvenating good skin with no acne scars. But it never worked for me, and no After photos were taken because again I didn't get the desired dramatic results which would help sell this service. The fact that this aesthetic clinic is not offering Pico speaks volumes.

The comfortable spa table is prepped with a little steamer to get your face ready for treatment. The HydraFacial machine was explained to me. She also stated that if the process felt uncomfortable, I could alert her to adjust the pressure. The procedure helped to clean, exfoliate, and remove impurities from my skin. She then applied a serum of antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid. The final application was sunscreen. While the untrained eye, probably couldn't SEE a difference after the HydraFacial, I could certainly FEEL the difference. Clean, fresh, and super rejuvenated! As a follow up, I came in for the Scultural Face Lift with Buccal Massage. This included lymphatic drainage (behind your ears) and microcirculation of my shoulders, neck, and jaw area. If you've never had a massage inside your mouth, try it! This helps to relax jaw muscles and many TMJ patients use this. Honey, you are worth it! Whether a special occasion or just because. To start off, this office is busy.. so don't be surprised that there will be a wait to schedule. From my perspective, I see the hold time as more of a stamp of approval for a surgeon who is well sought after. And he surely is! Dr. Healy was on my radar for 13+ years before my surgery. After 2 children and the aftermath of breastfeeding, I have always wanted to correct the remaining "two problems"... haha! Of course, having cosmetic surgery is a huge decision, due to the risk and high price tag, so being extremely picky about your surgeon is the most reasonable thing to do. Now that I've reached my one year anniversary, I can say with full confidence - I AM SO BLESSED TO HAVE FOUND THIS OFFICE! My gosh... I have read reviews for other surgeons and I am so grateful for Dr. Healy and his staff for holding up their end of the bargain. Every appointment was made according to doctor's recommendations and all appointments were calmly completed by Dr. Healy himself. And I didn't even mention anything about the surgery itself!!.. Of how respectful the team was, how supportive they were THRU IT ALL, how clear and concise the process was so I had every single question answered... it was really - a great experience for me, all together! Doctor also respected the modest size I was going for and after providing pictures, he really matched me incredibly close to the exact pic I had as my #1. And they look SO NATURAL!! I do not recommend Dr. Ky Le or this office based on my experience…read more I initially came in for significant shoulder and spine pain. X-rays were ordered, but the results were never properly explained or reviewed with me in a meaningful way. Instead, I was quickly recommended a steroid injection in my shoulder and was told it would resolve the issue. I was even told he would give the same injection to his own wife if she were in my condition, which strongly influenced my decision to proceed. I moved forward based on that confidence. At one point, a lower lumbar steroid injection was also suggested, but I declined that treatment. I also specifically asked if I could continue going to the gym and was told "no problem." Based on that guidance, I signed up for a one-year gym membership and paid for a personal trainer. Within a few months, my pain returned and worsened. I scheduled a follow-up appointment on 10/22/2025 but waited approximately 55 minutes with no communication or update. I ultimately left without being seen. Despite this, my insurance (HMAA) was still billed for the visit, which I am now disputing. The office environment also raised concerns. The practice is located in a retail-style complex rather than a traditional medical setting, and the front desk area felt disorganized and overcrowded, with multiple staff members/helpers gathered around the main desk without a clearly structured office setup. I also had concerns about patient privacy during check-in. During my visit, at one point, the doctor took out his phone and showed me information about another patient he had assisted, which felt completely unrelated to my care. The only positive part of my experience was one medical assistant (a young male staff member), who was professional, respectful, and efficient. After seeking a second opinion, I was advised to immediately stop going to the gym. That physician identified a significant calcium deposit in my shoulder (about the size of an almond) and ordered further imaging, including an MRI, I had a lavage treatment to remove the almond-sized calcification. I was also informed I have lumbar stenosis (L1 and L2), which had not been clearly explained to me previously, and I was referred to physical therapy. Looking back, I regret not trusting my instincts about Dr. Ky Le and his office from the start. I also feel that the Hippocratic Oath to do no harm was not reflected in my care. My condition worsened and I ultimately required further treatment after his care. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dr. Ky Le or this practice.

I try to refer him to as many people as I can because I truly believe he is the best and is very much invested in seeing his patients succeed and thrive. The Office is pretty big and it's always clean. The Staff is friendly, I really always enjoyed when Jade would help me. Hopefully one day I can go back to him, I'm satisfied with the care I'm receiving at the new place but the difference is night and day.
