I went in for a Korean Lash Lift for the first time and I left as a very satisfied customer. Jenny was very thorough on explaining the procedure and making sure you were comfortable and okay. We had really good conversations as well. I always feel awkward in dead silence if I go somewhere for self care services. I have really long lashes and at the time when I booked the appointment I added lash tint as well. Jenny told me I didn't really need it as my lashes are pretty dark as is but gave me the option if I still wanted to do it. I trusted her opinion and did without. When she was done, I was in awe of how pretty my lashes came out. All my life, my lashes were long but stiff straight and not a curler or mascara would keep it up. Randomly stumbled upon Jenny through Instagram. It had been years since I had gotten threaded as waxing always seemed like the quicker option. However I didn't really like the aftermath it, so I decided to check out Jenny & her threading thanks to all the wonderful reviews on here. I Jenny is so great. Where do I begin? I now know why Jenny's so busy, so if you're lucky enough to fit in to her schedule, cancel whatever you have going on and keep that appointment! I love that she uses an app to organize all your appointment info, payments, conversations, etc. it makes it so convenient for me. Then at the actual appointment, I love how clean the office and treatment room is and how fresh it smells. Jenny is just the sweetest and most soothing person on the planet and takes the time to explain what she's doing and also makes helpful suggestions for what might help improve aspects of your skin/health based on your individual situation. It's not an easy task for me to relax, but I really look forward to my appointments and I've fallen asleep a couple of times mid-treatment!
