They have alcoves of chairs and can probably do 20+ pedis at a time if they have enough staff because it's so big. Each alcove has 3 chairs facing 3 chairs and so my group had no issue chatting between ourselves. If it was a bday party or bridal shower with 6 people, I think the alcove would give it a cozy vibe of togetherness. The space was super clean, chairs looked new, bathroom was tidy and well appointed, and the place just kind of screamed luxe. The service itself was ALSO luxe so the prices seemed totally reasonable to me. Very professional staff and you can schedule to see particular people if you become a loyal customer (I probably would if 1) I lived her and 2) I didn't like doing my own nails). It looked terrible! They had taken off my full set of acrylics but hadn't managed to remove them fully and even filed into my nail bed a bit which was painful. Had it ended like that, I would've given them 1 or 2 stars, but when we called the following morning, they squeezed me in and re-did the manicure properly (no charge). After a not so awesome haircut elsewhere, I decided to try Ulta, a place I had had luck with in the past. I was thrilled when I called and was able to get an appointment the same day, and even more pleased when I arrived and met my stylist. After describing what kind of a haircut I wanted to the stylist (length, ability to pull into a ponytail, etc) and showing a picture of a time I had gotten a great cut, I could tell that she "got it". She pointed out my current choppy layers that I wanted blended better and described how she would go about remedying it. I relaxed and let her trim, and the end result was exactly what I had envisioned. Now I have manageable, beautiful hair that makes me happy, to last until the next touch up in a couple of months.
