If you spend any time peeking at my profile, you'll notice I go to a fair amount of cigar lounges in the US. As it stands today, this is the best cigar lounge in the Dallas area, hands down. It starts when you come in the door: I was greeted by Reagan who explained their selection and pointed out several things that I haven't seen anywhere else. What surprised me was options; it wasn't SKUs on top of SKUs... but you can tell the ownership spent serious time selecting what goes on the shelf. I was told everything I saw is something someone who works there has smoked (which is impressive.) They even have a section of rarer cigars that my tax bracket wouldn't allow me to purchase (but loved to see them on the shelf!) Industrial has ample space for general patrons; the lounge is a decent size and they have a lovely bar that has enough options to make you happy. Nolan (the bartender) came to my seat... Walked me thru their menu... And helped me picked something I've never heard of (Ironroot.) Trust me when I tell you that doesn't happen often. I'm not knocking places that don't go the extra mile, I'm saying that when a place does, I have to give them their due respect. They have MULTIPLE areas for members to smoke, and here's what made me really happy: Reagan introduced me to one of the owners (Andrew) and he showed me around the entire space. The members lounge is legit; leather chairs, great ventilation and multiple TVs. By the way - general patrons have a similar setup, but the members lounge is more intimate. The service truly sets this place apart from the majority of lounges I've visited in the past twenty years. I highly recommend this spot if you're in the Dallas area. Today was my first time visiting and was welcomed like a regular member. Got a tour of the facility and the humidor was well stocked. The only bad thing was the second cup of coffee I got. It was very weak and lack flavor. read more

Been here multiple times this week on my visit to DFW. Very nice selection of cigars. Staff is super friendly and helpful from as you as you enter until you leave. Jacob was great back in the bar & staff was super helpful offering recommendations. Super laid back vibe in the lounge with all the baseball and football playing on each TV. This place was a must visit recommendation from a good friend. He told me if I was ever in Frisco that I had to experience Industrial Cigar. I flew into town and made it happen. This place did not disappoint!!! The ambience, the custom selection, the bar, the food, and the community were exceptional. It felt like if Cheers became a top notch cigar lounge. Reagan was incredibly gracious and gave me a full tour and introduced me to the regulars. Very nice lounge. Lots of new, comfortable seating. Great cigar selection. We had dinner there as well. Dinner selections are limited, but that's OK. The presentation was great, and portions ample. The only downgrade as that the food took a long time (we were the only ones seated in the restaurant) and it was cold when it came out. Okay. Going to try and be as fair as possible. I've shopped at this store about 7-8 times the first 5 visits, at least 6 months ago, were great. Selection was amazing, service and recommendations were outstanding. They answered every single question I had. In fact I went tonight to finally get a VIP membership knowing they're about to open the whole store very soon. Tonight, and my last visit, were so disappointing. Couldn't get any help or recommendations and the selection looks like they're almost out of business. The cigar selection was just sad. I was looking for, and asked, about a new cutter and crickets. The guy wouldn't even look up what I bought previously. Nor would he do just about anything else. Based on tonight they just get one star. Based on all my visits they get 3. You can't be a higher end cigar shop and drop the ball regularly. I lost interest in a VIP membership after tonight. read more

Nice, clean. When I walked in, they're is a foyer space. If you go to the door to the left of the host stand, you are assisted with picking out cigars. The door to the right opens up to a nice sitting area, with a variety of sitting situations. It's a nice space to chill with friends or even work remotely. From what I can remember, there's ice, water, sodas that can be purchased, so you can bring your own spirits in, like I did, and have a nice, chill time. The staff and patrons were very friendly. I've been to this place several times but I'm never going back. The cigar collection is nice. The place is amazing. Super upscale. Today went and bought a 40 dollar cigar with some friends. The Mavs were on abc but they wouldn't play the sound because someone had requested jazz music. I got an old fashioned for me and a buddy that I was charged 29 dollars a piece for. It's just not worth it. 1 cigar, two drinks, and after tips, I was at about 132. Maybe I'm just poor and for most that's no big deal but for me that's too much. I'm out. Update. Owner reached out to me and it was a mistake. There was some type of issue with the system. They are priced around 13-16 dollars. He is in the process of reimbursing me. read more

Came in for a couple cigars for a golf scramble I have coming up. I could not be more impressed by this place. Brandon could not have been nicer in helping me select the perfect cigar. There was no pressure or upselling, just helpful knowledge. His dad was just as nice. He talked football with me like he'd known me for years. The bottom line is that this is just a place that feels like family. Everyone I talked to was beyond friendly and welcoming. On top of that the prices were great. Their selection of cigars was good, The facility and amenities were nice and their customer service was on point. However, The overwhelming amount of mixed cigar smoke tremendously detracted from the overall experience. My friends and I came there to smoke the cigars of our choice, not everyone else's. The air was so thick that our eyes burned within minutes of sitting down and the concentration of smoke, at times, made it difficult to carry on conversation. Once we left, we couldn't go anywhere else because our clothes and our bodies smelt so badly from all the mixed aromas. I am a big fan of these types of establishments and typically enjoy the smell of a cigar smoking lounge. I also think they have the potential to be a great one. They just badly need to invest in a couple of fans so their patrons can enjoy the distinct flavor profiles of their cigar and not smell like an ashtray when you leave. If it weren't for that one, but highly prevalent, factor I would haves rated this at least a 4, if not a 5. The smoke was simply too much. read more

This place has become my only go to for cigars. I saw one review that said the smoke was bad. Not even close! It's not bad even when it's packed. They are actually a certified clean air facility with 3 huge air purifiers, an exhaust fan, and more. They have a great selection of cigars you can't find other places and every one has to be reviewed and approved unanimously before it hits the shelves. Tons under $10 all the way up to high end pre-embargo Cubans. The customer service is second to none and the lounge is extremely comfortable. Everyone there is treated like family. Plenty of TVs, memberships available, and events regularly. Definitely check it out. read more

Found this gem of a store through a recommendation from a friend and couldn't be more impressed. As someone who is not local, the staff is friendly and willing to answer any and all questions across the phone or through email interaction. They will inquire about your taste likes and dislikes in order to make spot on recommendations. Since I am not local, this crew ships out orders with great efficiency and has never let me down. First impression Small inside with a small humidor. The humidor is fully stocked with a little room to grow. They offer a great selection from Kristoff to higher end Padron. I didn't see anything less that $10 which was kind of a bummer imo. Average price per stick is around $12. The lounge area is nice, spacious with comfy seating. Some tables if you need to do some work on your laptop are also available. I did see someone in the lounge charging their phone. Large wall of lockers, presumably for members though I didn't ask about that. A few TVs on the walls. Ventilation seemed good. I didn't feel like I was sitting in a smoke box even though there was around 10 people smoking. One minor turn off for me was the gentleman that rang me up cut my cigar and wanted to light it for me too. To me, this is against cigar etiquette. Maybe I'm old school or times have changed? Three stars from me because this is an average spot and the lack of less expensive sticks. 4 stars is reserved for badass places. read more
