I decided to stay for a full year, and on the very next day I signed the agreement with FF and asked to renew it for 12 months. They said NO. They will charge an extra $200/months as I signed for 6 months. They don't care whether I stay after 6 months. Very inhumane.

They have been soliciting me for almost a year. They try to steer me, as they probably do others, into a short sale. They make no money if you do a loan mod, nor can they pick from your bones if you fight legally in the appellate court. They have been dangling raw meat in front of me in the form of a "Legal Assistance Grant". So they will "grant" $5000 to pay the legal fees on a short sale, of which they will make money on. So they aren't really putting up anything. When I advised them I have an attorney representing me in my appeal, and that if their grant is a real thing, then send the 5k to my attorney on my behalf to help finance my legal battle in the appellate court. no reply from RebuildNY on that and I didn't expect a reply. Fast forward 9 months later and not only do we still have a window just covered by cardboard, but we we've also encountered several problems with the property such as a flooding basement, broken sprinklers and more! We notified the landlord and Gigi, but he's proven himself to be an absentee landlord with no movement on repairs and, despite my inclusion of Gigi on multiple emails with the owner/landlord, she's chosen to ignore my emails and not acknowledge my problems with the house or landlord nor provide any form of assistance between myself and the landlord. As THE listing agent for this property, I find her unwillingness to intervene (even just a little bit), irresponsible and indicative of her character as a realtor. If you're reading this review, I strongly discourage you to do any business with her or ANY company she represents as she's only proven herself to be untrustworthy and in it for the money. She has shown to say anything to have you "seal the deal" and then no longer help at all as soon as she's received her commission.
