They have been soliciting me for almost a year. They try to steer me, as they probably do others, into a short sale. They make no money if you do a loan mod, nor can they pick from your bones if you fight legally in the appellate court. They have been dangling raw meat in front of me in the form of a "Legal Assistance Grant". So they will "grant" $5000 to pay the legal fees on a short sale, of which they will make money on. As THE listing agent for this property, I find her unwillingness to intervene (even just a little bit), irresponsible and indicative of her character as a realtor. If you're reading this review, I strongly discourage you to do any business with her or ANY company she represents as she's only proven herself to be untrustworthy and in it for the money. She has shown to say anything to have you "seal the deal" and then no longer help at all as soon as she's received her commission.
