Initially I bought a jumpsuit that didn't fit. I reached out to customer service for an exchange of the same product but different color and by the time they responded the size I needed was sold out. Because I used a coupon on that purchase, I could only get store credit. Well, that led me to buying a different dress. It's giving Maddie Townsend, and I'm obsessed. It's the dress in the picture, paired with shoes from them as well... I've gone back for more shoes and dresses because their aesthetic is it for me. They run limited quantities of everything, so I won't see a million of the same thing out (looking at you, Amazon). That said, it can be tricky if you get something that doesn't quite fit because they sell out of the "common" sizes quickly. read more

My sister and I have both attempted to support this business and each time either the item ordered online is mysteriously "out of stock" - after we've paid for it - or the package is lost. It took them an entire month to agree to refund my money when my package tracking hadn't moved in nearly 4 weeks and was very clearly lost - because "it wasn't their fault". As a business who chose to ship online orders - they agreed to take on the liability of sending through USPS - this is not my fault either. To hold my money for nearly a month without delivering an item or a refund is a terrible business practice and a guarantee to lose a customer. read more

Ordered a sweater from their online store and it came damaged at the sleeve. Why anyone would send out a product in that condition is beyond me. I was ignored mid chat convo when trying to rectify to the problem so then I had to call instead. Was told the sweater is sold out and cannot be replaced and offered me only 20% off their extremely damaged good, which they are now offering on their site regardless. Parking wasn't great. There was a big sign on their door stating no bathrooms with multiple exclamation points. Kind of a turn off. They don't have a lot to see in the store. The stuff they do have you can find at any other boutique, but for waaaaaaay less. Example, wanted to get some shorts there but double checked them online. The shorts at P&S were a minimum of $20 more and max of 30 more than anywhere else. Combine that with sub par customer service, obnoxious unwelcoming sign on the door, terrible return policy and way over priced? Back in the day I shopped here a lot. The clothing was hit or miss, but with a decent customer service and competitive pricing it was ok. That's no longer the case though. Idk what happened here but the pricing has gone WAY up (like way beyond compensating for inflation). Previous dresses I purchased for $38-46 are now being sold for $58-108 and higher. A friend of mine who works there once showed me the clothing invoice where they payed $12 for a graphic tee and sold it for $58 . Their blouses average $80 and the quality is so bad nothing hold up in the wash. I washed a $100 dress on delicate and it came out looking like I paid $8 for it. read more

The manager with short red hair at the fashion place location was a little rude and stand-offish when asking questions about the product. I couldn't tell if she meant well or was just finding the wrong words but it made me feel like I was just a number to them. I also noticed the workers are very pushy when I'm shopping but then will stand around the cash wrap and talk about things non work related which with how small the store is, all customers could hear. BUYER BEWARE! I saw an ad on TikTok and decided to click, but now I wish I hadn't. The dress was $92! Yeah, that would be a no can do, so I found a discount code online. I got the dress and it didn't fit me and I didn't like it (looked cheap). The dangers of online shopping. SO I reached out to them about how to get a refund through my email confirmation they sent me regarding the order. I then learned, to my complete shock, that because I used a discount code at a certain percentage off, they wouldn't do a return! I've never had this happen. Didn't even think to look at their return policy because WHO DOES THAT?! They do. I got an exchange, but guess what? This dress is a final sale and I'm stuck with it, whether I like it or not. I finally found clothes that are ADORABLE! Saturday was my first time in the store. For weeks I've been searching for clothes I loves. The employee helping me in the dressing room was Makena. She was so kind to me and helped me with different sizes. She seriously put away A LOT of clothes for me. I almost felt like I needed to call the staff to come help me slither out of it without ruining it. I was so disappointed. I have been a long time shopper at Piper and Scoot, but primarily online. I was reminded why I stick to online shopping here on Tuesday of this week. This Draper location has quite possibly the worst customer service. The associates in the store were more interested in loudly gossiping about another coworker, then helping me get a dressing room. They were so bothered that I was even in the store, which was completely empty besides myself, and looked at me, as though I wasn't even worthy to shop there. I don't know if it's because I clearly am not a typical Utah girly (I'm curvier, don't look LDS, etc) or what but I felt like I was the biggest thorn in their side for asking to try on a dress. I was ready to spend quite a bit of money on a dress for an upcoming wedding that I will be attending, but I decided because I couldn't even get them to unlock the door for me, I would just take my business elsewhere.
