I had two TVs mounted a few days ago, and I'm very pleased with the service I received. They showed up in the time window they set up with me, they were quick, efficient, and professional. They checked with me on placement of the mounts and wall covers, set up the power cords, and made sure everything was working. Called Joel on a saturday fully expecting to have to leave a message for the week, he called back about an hour later and after speaking to him we set an appointment for a little over a week because of my work schedule. He called back not even 2 minutes later and was able to work me in on my day off for the coming week instead. On the day of the scheduled appointment he called early and asked if they could come early as they were done with their job....when was the last time a service person came EARLY. Joel with Indy TV Mount is totally OCD...which is EXACTLY what I was looking for in a guy who was about to drill holes into my new house to hang my heavy 50 inch plasma above my hardwood floors. My husband and I recently moved in to our downtown condo, and needed three tvs mounted. Indy TV Mount helped with my childproofing needs. As mom to one busy, little toddler who is more than curious about the TV, ensuring his safety is my top priority. Once my little guy became mobile he would entertain himself by shaking the TV and hitting at the screen. He wore shoe covers and used a battery operated vacuum cleaner to remove the dust from the drywall drilling.
