Unfortunately, our experience with this agency was extremely disappointing and unprofessional…read more Almost 20 days ago, we found an apartment we wanted to rent for our family (my wife, our baby, and myself). We immediately showed serious interest and began gathering all the required documentation requested by the agent. During those 20 days, we were in constant communication, submitting paperwork and responding to every request -- however, the process did not move forward at all. We had the feeling that we were being led on the entire time, without clear information, without concrete answers, and without any respect for our time and situation. No one clearly informed us about the status of our application or gave us a realistic timeline. Due to their disorganization and lack of professionalism, we lost nearly three weeks, and we are now facing a deadline to move out of our current apartment in just a few days. This has put us in a very stressful and difficult situation, especially with a small baby. This kind of treatment toward clients is completely unacceptable. If you are not able to complete the process or if there are issues, the least you can do is be honest and transparent. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a serious and reliable service. In such important life situations, people need security -- not wasted time and empty promises. This is for Dan and Abraham

If I could give Tomer Hatuka 10 stars, I absolutely would!…read more I had been living remotely in another state for a few years and suddenly needed to move back to Queens with very little notice. I contacted more than 40 brokers over the course of two weeks, and no one was able to help. I was ignored, told my budget was unrealistic, or advised to wait until the rental market improved. Unfortunately, none of those options were possible for me--I was running out of time and desperately needed a place to live. I came across Tomer's ad online and reached out late at night to ask about seeing the apartment. By the next morning, he had confirmed a showing, and I was on my way from Manhattan to Queens. From our very first interaction, Tomer was responsive, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The first apartment I went to see ultimately wouldn't have been ready in time for my move-in date. I was already preparing to leave New York empty-handed and was running out of options. I had broken the lease on my current apartment and was facing the possibility of having nowhere to live. I asked Tomer if he happened to have anything else available. Instead of telling me to lower my expectations or wait it out, Tomer was incredibly understanding. He told me about another apartment he had that wasn't even listed online and asked if I could come back a few hours later to see it. A couple of hours later, he texted me to confirm the details. I had just checked out of my hotel and was rushing back to Queens with my luggage and my dog in tow. The entire day was chaotic and incredibly stressful, but Tomer remained calm, accommodating, and professional. Within hours of meeting me for the first apartment, he had arranged another showing. And that second apartment checked every box--and, most importantly, it was available for my move-in date! I told him I wanted it, and he immediately sent me the application by email. From that point forward, everything was seamless. Tomer has been incredibly responsive by both email and text, and he has always been clear, organized, and upfront about everything I needed to know. He turned an extremely stressful situation into one that felt manageable, and I genuinely couldn't be more grateful. If I hadn't met Tomer, I honestly don't know how much longer I would have been searching. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tomer to anyone looking for an apartment. He truly went above and beyond for me, and if I ever need to move again, he will be the first person I call!

I was lucky enough to stumble upon this listing within two hours or so of it being posted. I called, left a detailed voicemail and less than 5 mins I got a call back from Jonathan. Immediately I was at ease just from his voice - yes, that's a thing. He sounded calm, collected and easy going. Next thing you know, we're driving to see the property, same day. I mean, does it sound like it's meant to be or what?!? Anyhoo, we get there and the pictures are exactly like the real thing. So many postings make the place seem bigger than it is so I was so relieved. I knew I wanted to sign right away. Jonathan made the whole process so much easier and reassuring. He was attentive and extremely responsive - I never felt like I was left "hanging. " Even if he couldn't get back to me with a specific inquiry, he would text me an update. My bf really wanted to see one more property but his contact was taking DAYS to get back to him which just goes to show how unreliable other brokers can be. So I was like, screw your contact, Jonathan is our guy just say yes! Lol All in all, a great experience and I'm so grateful we crossed paths considering how emotionally draining apartment hunting already is. Now that we have the lease signed, all that's left is to do is fight about the furniture. Yay!

As first time home buyers, I felt the NYC real estate market to be crazy and very predatory. But having Jeff in my corner made me feel very empowered in every decision I made in this process as a young POC woman. I had a LOT of questions and zero insight into this journey and Jeff met all my curiosity with understanding and resources. Any time I had any questions (genuinely any time and any question), Jeff was there in multiple modalities to help me completely understand all aspects of my inquiries. Jeff made me feel welcome and educated through every single step of the way and unlike other realtors did not pressure us about a single thing. His one goal is to find you a home you love. We won't be selling for a very long time, but when and if we do I only want to work with Jeff. :) Thank you Jeff for being so wonderful, kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. After hearing about our friend's experience, my wife and I decided to reach out to Lily Tran to sell our Queens co-op. From the very first interaction, we knew that we were in good hands. Lily and her team was hands on with helping us get our place staged for photos so the online listing would draw some interest. You are lucky that your careless realtor did not break the 2k AC unit. It's never wise to push any electronics to the limit. You are responsible if you break it. Just a friendly reminder. A good salesperson would never say the things she did. It's always better to accept your mistakes and see if you can do better in the future. This way, at least I could recommend you to others but I cannot due to your lack of effort and acknowledgement. Having too much pride is not the best way to improve business. If anyone in the area is looking for a good realtor please feel free to DM for info, I'm happy to recommend a good sales person. Lily Tran, I would never hire you or your team or recommend your business to anyone. Sorry.
