I am 21 years old and I don't know anything about buying a house. I met Inessa through my realtor and I am glad I did because she was a really knowledgeable and nice person. She helped me through everything with loan topic related. She explain our benefits as a first time buyer and includes everything we could get as well. It took my family and I to get a house 1 year or so. My dad and I were in the same loan and my credit score were great but dad credit score was really low so we had to wait to bring it up. With this dilemma she helped us a lot and even told us what to do, so we can bring my dad credit score up. When we started looking for our first house we reached out to multiple banks to get pre-qualified loans. However, during the phase of making an initial offer we learned that the aforementioned banks were all backloaded with refinancing requests spurred by the covid-19 low interest rates, and could not convert our pre-qualified loan into a pre-approved one. My housing agent recommended Inessa, and she is the hands down the most professional and diligent loan officer we've ever worked with. Within the first couple of days establishing contact, she was able to get the crucial paperwork we needed to make the offer. This was the third refinance I've been through in the last few years, and Inessa's team handled all the information requests, review stages, etc. incredibly well. With other lenders, I've had to email banking statements multiple times, chase for email updates, etc. But not here! Their LoanFly app and portal made the document gathering and sharing a breeze. Inessa communicated promptly and kept us informed of the expected close timing, and the timing of any major interim steps, along the way. I just bought a house and got a loan through Inessa. I'd planned on a lengthy search but found THE perfect place in less than 2 weeks after starting. I was TOTALLY unprepared for this good fortune. Among many other things, I wasn't able to find last year's tax docs, including 3 W2s. I found out that H&R Block doesn't keep copies of those, 2 of my former employers couldn't care less about my repeated pleas, and that the IRS has such a byzantine system for ordering copies, it sent me every record they had for me from that year, except for the W2s. However, not only was she able to somehow get them, Inessa kept me from *freaking out* about losing the perfect house because of 2 pieces of paper. AND, she was able to give me a few pointers on boosting my credit score to save thousands of dollars in the long run. If you need a loan and want some handholding, look no further. read more
