SECOND UPDATE TO THE REVIEW: Almost a week after our initial…read morereview, no one has responded to our requests via email, but they find time to send false claims via their responses to our review. I have now uploaded photos of some of the work they have done for everyone to see how bad their work is and that they refuse to address these. MY RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE: As you can see in the screenshots, we sent numerous emails that they left unanswered for months, but once you write a review, they can answer within 2 minutes, which just further confirms they are not credible. Do not hire this company under any circumstances. We hired them to complete millwork in our condo, and the quality of the work was extremely poor. Since then, they have repeatedly promised to come back and fix the issues, but more than a year has passed and nothing has been properly resolved. We have sent countless emails following up, many of which were ignored. We will be attaching screenshots showing the lack of response and the ongoing attempts to get this addressed. Phone calls are also not answered. When calling from a different number, they pick up, but once they realize who is calling, they hang up. This has been one of the most frustrating contractor experiences we have had. The work was not completed to an acceptable standard, the follow-up has been completely unprofessional, and they have failed to take responsibility for the issues. We have also been told by our contractor that similar problems have happened on other projects involving this company. Stay away. Do not hire them.
