I've been coming to this gym for years now. I started with the [incredible] HIIT classes and then moved to semi-private training after a year and a half or so. Y'all, this gym, Eugene, and his coaching staff are AMAZING. The other people I train with are so awesome, and the vibe is so positive. The warm, welcoming environment is inclusive, upbeat and makes working out the best part of the day. Whatever your goals are, Eugene is there to help you whether you're 30 and in great shape or 70 and want to get/stay strong and active. TLDR: Do it, sign up, invest in yourself. You won't regret it and you'll reap even more benefits than you imagined. After moving to the Cedar Park area and about 1.5 years of lackluster workouts given the pandemic, my husband and I knew we needed something radically different. In the past, we'd been Class Pass members and really enjoyed spin and Pilates classes, but we'd stopped seeing changes in our body and knew we needed more. After some quick research (the Yelp/Google/Facebook reviews speak for themselves), we signed up for a consultation with Eugene. The consultation was free and straightforward: he took measurements, learned about our priorities, educated us about the programs offered, and at the end we even tried a free bootcamp class. Needless to say, after that class, we were hooked and ended up committing to a 3 month semi-private training program. The program was challenging (in the best ways) and we always felt supported. Infinit8 has everything you need to succeed: an easy to use app that guides you through the nutrition component, exercises routines that build on each other until one day you wake up, and realize how strong you are, and, of course, the in-gym classes (semi-private and bootcamp) that always surprise and delight you. I felt supported, understood, and seen. Coming in 3-4 times a week, I looked forward the amazing community feeling and the instructors always cheering us on. The emphasis on correct form also blew my mind -- safety is paramount here and it shows. We learned so much about ourselves and our bodies in just one summer. I lost ~13lbs in 3 months and over 6% body fat, which for someone 5'2 is a lot. What's even more important, is that my mental health and happiness has also improved, as well as my confidence. My husband's goal were radically different, he wanted to stay around the same weight while losing body fat and getting more toned and he nailed those too. Lastly, this was a great value. We paid ~$300 a month for nutritional + fitness coaching + access to all classes + the support of incredible humans. Honestly, the program pays for itself once you realize how far you'll go. I met Eugene and Infinite 8 Fitness after my gym closed at the end of 2021. I sure did luck out when I found Eugene. His entire staff is amazing and will push you outside of your comfort zone but in a safe way if that makes any sense. They will motivate you to do more reps and go heavy. Started going to i8 for the past 15 weeks. Started when gyms begun opening up during the midst of Covid 19. This is primarily run by Eugene. Very committed to every one of us that goes to workout. He is very committed to the safety of each and every one of us during this tough phase of the pandemic. What I love about this place is the small group work out format with enough social distancing. I've been a member at i8 Fitness for about 2 months now. It seems like alot of people have become members after doing a bootcamp style commitment. I joined based on a friend's referral and never went through a structured bootcamp. Eugene is so friendly and ALWAYS has a smile on his face. The workouts are always varied so you don't get bored. I came from a crossfit background a few years ago, so it is still fun to do some barbell work. Class times are offered starting at 5:30am and throughout the day, but only 12pm on Friday. It would be great if they had more varied times on Friday, but they do also offer a community workout at 9:00 on Saturday that is free for the community. read more

My experience at i8fit was life changing! Jared and Eugene were great and genuine when listening to my goals. Jared provided me a meal plan that did not limit me or restrict me in tasty dishes. His recipe book was delicious and made it a lot easier for me to quickly make something. I was able to assist different class times with Eugene and Jose. Both were amazing and encouraging! I appreciated that among the entire team, they made sure to check in with me to make sure i had correct form. Not once did I get hurt for bad form thanks to them! But even the team that attends were always helpful in explaining each exercise. Everyone was always motivating and encouraging. I learned through my process that accountability, healthy eating choices, and training gives me amazing results! After finishing my 6 week challenge, I went down two sizes, lost 4% body fat!! All my friends and family sure noticed, but most importantly I noticed! Within the first week I had energy ALL day. By week 3 I started feeling full before finishing my meals. Wow! Just wow! The workouts are incredible, a good balance of strength and cardio. Eugene is one of the most amazing trainers I have ever had, his energy is like no other and he motivates you to do your best. I have been to many bootcamp style workouts and this is by far one of my favorites! Since I started attending classes regularly here about six months ago, I have seen the value in having a community of kind, positive people who motivate you and cheer you on. Eugene's the best! He started coaching me several years ago at another location, and I followed him (along with a bunch of other campers) when he made the transition to i8. He truly cares about each one of us, and takes our fitness, health, and well being personally. He really does. His positivity and high-fives keep us motivated to keep pushing ourselves. (The co-coaches are great too!) All ages, sizes, skills, and fitness levels are welcome. Workouts are timed, but you go at your own pace. The beauty of the bootcamp concept is that you only have to motivate yourself to GET THERE! Just show up. Once you're there, it's automatic, and you go with the flow. Results will follow! Advantages of i8: ***Unlimited workouts, which means you're not just signing up for a time slot, you can come as you please. Most people stick with a particular class, but there have been plenty of times when I've had to adjust my schedule for one reason or another. Huge. ***Multiple classes throughout the day M-Th, and a free class on Saturday mornings. Go to any or all! If you're on the fence about joining, I highly recommend you check out the free Saturday class, so you can get a taste of what it's like. I began Infinite 8 Fitness as a total newbie. Hadn't exercised in years. (decades to be honest) And, was in the poorest shape of my life. I wasn't overweight, just weak, lacked energy, and overall poor health. Of course, work, poor eating habits and life gets the best of us. After my wife begged me to go, I finally did my first class and absolutely love it! Now after 12-weeks, I can say I have never missed a work out and stuck to it. I like it so much, I actually try to get a 5th work out in on a Saturday also. The results have been tremendous to say the least. I began with a weak shoulder that was also diagnosed previously as 'frozen'. I focused on work rather than health. If I lifted something heavy, I would pay for it for days and was also out of breath just by climbing the stairs. Eugene and Angela have been great by pushing me beyond my limits, and motivating me to focus on a healthy lifestyle. It's a journey and with guidance & gradual changes that have made the largest impact to my overall health. Currently, my overall strength is 100x better, my stamina is like a kid again, and my frozen should is a thing of the past. Infinit8 Fitness is more than just a gym, its a community of individuals all focused on a common goal. Over the last several years not only have I had injuries in my achilles, knees and back, but with that came a hate for the gym. When your hurt, overweight and self conscious, its not exactly your favorite place to be. Infinit8 Fitness is a facility that has all of the proper tools and elements needed to be successful at weight loss. I was very impressed by their passion to help clients, their knowledge, and the ability to connect with with their members. Even those doing a 6 week challenges like myself and are not yet members, feel an instant relationship.
