I recently switched to this gym for the following reasons: Social distancing standards: I notice that gym members here are good about keeping their distance from one another. People are wearing masks and wiping down equipment. Cleanliness: The owners are here during the day and they are always cleaning. Also, in the evening there is a cleaning team that comes in. This is the cleanest gym I've attended. It is so nice to go in and see the leg press machine free of weights. It's common courtesy to rack the weights when you finish but at my last gym people just left the plates and moved on. The owners are really hands-on. They say hello, listen to feedback, and are proactive rather than reactive. read more

Only visited inside the gym once and looks clean and ample machines to work out with at 9AM. This review is for one of the coaches that listed their business on ClassPass, Roc Performance, which conducts the peak performance exercise program inside this Anytime Fitness location. Just moved to the neighborhood and signed up for his class 5-6 days on the app prior and was confirmed one day before the session via email. Time to get motivated and let go of that covid +19lb, I should be excited right? Got there on the mark and no class! Confusion led me to speak to someone in the office and she guided me to the 'coach'. A few words of 'oh that class is cancelled'... pause..'let me see my phone'.. longer pause... 'we are not doing it right now due to covid', etc, and had me stand there and wait while he worked on his phone to deal with the logistical oversight. No apologies! What comes next is - I waited and only for him to ask me to leave my info for his future classes. No thank you! If covid is a scare that led you to cancel this class, why aren't you wearing your mask? ClassPass is an app to help small businesses find more customers. This is an opportunity that could've converted me from ex-spartans to get back into fitness with a coach. My time is equally precious and I find it difficult to work with a coach that can't leave their ego behind. read more

Love this gym. It has everything you need. Just the right size. Never too crowded and not big enough to where you get overwhelmed or lost looking for the right equipment. It is easy to get to and I have not had any parking issues since attending. There is a great staff of trainers as well if you need some help or encouragement. There are a couple of showers in the bathrooms in the back, a tanning bed, a small fridge with protein drinks and water for purchase. Equipment is in really good shape and plenty of options. Amazing staff! I was visiting so this location isn't my typical home base, but I was truly treated like family! Jeffery was super welcoming and accommodating, as well as the other trainers there. I highly recommend this location to anyone on the scout for a great gym that you can take advantage of anytime(lol). If 10 STARS was an option I would give this place a 10 STARS!! The site is clean, comfortable and very well laid out. The equipment is well maintained and is all in good working order. When things break they are fixed very quickly. Marcia is so pleasant and we feel like we have made a great friend as she is always checking in on us and always has great stories to share. During the great snow storm of 2021 we were fortunate enough to be able to use the facility for water and heat during our extra long workouts as our apartment was without heat and water for about 5 days. As a result our favorite neighborhood workout place provided us with a hot shower and an intermediate refuge. We cannot express our gratitude enough for both Marcia and her husband for being the kind of people who make you feel like FAMILY. They took care of us and we will always remember that. I deserve to be Duchess. -That being said, in one month, Chris has helped me lose 9.59 lbs of fat, 8.25 inches, and 4% body fat. I've gained 1.52 lbs of muscle, and I'm still going strong! One night after working out, I told Hubs that my little 5'1 self would be stronger than him one day. He told me to dream on. Challenge accepted. Needless to say, there will be an arm wrestling match in the near (or distant- whatevs) future. -Along with personal training, Chris also created a nutrition plan for me. If you're interested in revving up your metabolism and learning how to eat right, the personalized nutrition plan is free with personal training or it can be purchased seperately if you're not interested in training. I eat five meals a day, and I need to get protein into each meal. Why? Because protein=muscle=fat burn. Um, do you know what this means? It means that I could potentially eat juicy, medium rare steak five times a day! Mmm, steak... -I used to be a Lifetime Fitness member, but I left because their sales staff is a buncha deebags (refer to the Lifetime review). There is a reason this gym has an average of 5 stars. It is amazing. As many have already stated, the owner/manager Nathan is extremely friendly and I suspect has magical gym powers. I have been trying to apply the scientific method to my hypothesis, but I can find no rational explanation but on days he greets you (which is always) you have a more invigorating workout. In addition, he once touched my water bottle and that day I lost 4 lbs fat and gained 2 in muscle. My skin also cleared and my allergies improved. Anyway, solid gym with all the equipment you could need and everyone is friendly. Nathan also takes input from membership and regularly does a vote box on what equipment people would like to see added. In addition your membership gets you access to other Anytime Fitness centers which are basically everywhere. Somehow mine even gets me into ACL and the Oscars, but I lost interest in attending after La La Land was snubbed in 2017. Your experience may be different. read more

There is no other place I would trust with my fitness goals. Nathan is probably one of the nicest people you'll ever meet and it's obvious that he genuinely cares about his members health and well being. This gym far exceeds what you would normally expect from your average Anytime Fitness. The property is incredibly clean inside and out and the staff are very friendly. In fact the owner is always around and respectfully listens to any equipment requests and offers great work out advice. The owner, Nathan, is friendly and helpful. It's wonderful to have a gym available 24 hours to accommodate a busy schedule. If you're wanting a top notch personal trainer, I recommend Derek Moore, who helped me get wedding ready and finally beat the battle of the bulge around my thighs and hips. He really knows how to tailor a workout to your personality and specific body needs. There is always an open treadmill or eliptical machine and I love that they have a rower available. The environment is inviting and not loud. You won't have any metal music pumping or gym rats grunting for the world to hear. Well, heck, nobody really likes to work out, do they? I never have, but I decided in my later years I better start doing something on a regular basis. That said, I have been a member of many other gyms. I've been a member, but I almost never went and worked out. Why? The gyms were not clean, or the people were gawkers, or the hours were not convenient. Fortunately, Anytime Fitness does NOT have any of these problems. (That means I have no excuses!) Nathan, John, and Derek are super friendly and they always acknowledge me. The gym is spotless, and there are not any gawkers. People come here to work out, and then they go on their merry ways. Anytime Fitness is also open all the time, in case I need a midnight pumping iron session. If you need a personal trainer, I don't think you can go wrong with either Derek or John. Derek is my trainer, and his personality makes him a perfect fit for me. He is encouraging, helps me forget I am suffering (usually), and keeps me motivated. He never pushes me so far that I get injured, and he checks in with me as I work out to make sure I'm not going to croak. He is super fit, and that inspires me to keep striving for more. I love this gym! I've been a member for about 4 months now. It's convenient to get to and so far it has never been crowded so I have never had to wait for the equipment I want to use. They have all the equipment I could ever want to use and it is new and always clean. The virtual studio is great - you can choose a variety of classes from yoga to kickboxing to spin classes on your own schedule and no overcrowded conditions like at other gyms with limited classes. The facility is very clean and the staff are friendly and supportive. I wasn't sure if I would feel safe working out at night or early in the morning, but I feel very comfortable in this gym with all of its security features. I just noticed it's been a year since my initial review here and I am still regularly going to this gym (multiple times per week on average) and I am still completely happy with it! I think that says a lot. In the past two weeks I have also worked out at the Anytime Fitness in Canyon, TX and Georgetown and I much prefer 'mine'. The cleanliness is a still a top priority, and Nathan is there a lot and extremely positive and friendly every time I see him. After going to the Georgetown gym today, I also appreciate the arrangement of the equipment in the Cedar Park/Parmer location, with plenty of room to move around between them and with none of the cardio machines facing a wall (even with a TV on them-which I don't normally use- it's nice to look out a window and keep an eye on my truck while doing cardio) and with them intelligently grouped according to muscle group, etc. Couldn't be happier. read more

I was sad and disappointed when my local 10 dollar a month gym closed its doors. I looked around and decided on the Anytime Fitness in Cedar Park. It costs more than my 10 dollar a month gym but it has proven to be worth it. The gym is well laid out and clean. The equipment is new and well maintained. It is in its own building, not on a strip center like so many others. Nathan, the owner is always quick to greet the members by name and address any concerns you might have. The personal trainers are available if you feel the need for one. My recommendation would be Jeffery but you honestly won't go wrong with whichever one you choose. read more

I have been a member of this gym for many months now. I left another gym to come here. The other gym was not very clean, bathrooms were disgusting and the staff were overall lazy and uninspiring to be honest. I joined this gym primarily because I use my iPad while I work out and they had much more reliable Wi-Fi and the gym looked well kept. After being here for several months, I am really glad I joined! Nathan the owner is always incredibly helpful and the gym is extremely well kept, clean, tidy and upbeat without going overboard IMO. In addition I recently took a private lesson with their senior Physical Trainer named Jon Harris. Jon is always pleasant and says hello to people. As a personal trainer he is very attentive, explains everything well and wants only the best for his clients. Not only is he an expert in fitness, but he really cares about your personal fitness and well being. A commendable trait in any position dealing with people but even more so where someone's health is concerned. I couldn't be more pleased to be a member of Anytime Fitness at Cedar Park on Parmer. I have been to another AF gym but this one is nicer, better kept IMO and better staffed. As a result I have recommended two people who signed up and left their other gyms as well. read more

This is a solid little gym. It hardly ever seems crowded and the equipment is kept in good shape. There are a lot of cardio machines and several high quality weight benches. My only two grips is that there is not much room for ab work and they need to buy more plates for the bars. On the rare occasions it is busy, it can be hard to find what you need. read more

Anytime Fitness has all the equipment you need in a gym. The gym is always clean and the people are friendly. The only thing left is to go regularly which is the hard part. I found that working out with Derek has helped me tremendously. Derek keeps the workout from getting monotonous and I never do the same thing twice. A blend of Derek's strength training and cardio while monitoring my heart rate is the answer to my fitness goals. read more
