Goran would come out and replace them and a few days later we'd have the same problem. Keep in mind it's $150 plus for the visit. One time he came out and the entire system stopped working after he messed with the main box. So I finally decided that I didn't even use the alarm because of the constant problems and requested to cancel. I communicated with them about stopping services and was charged two consecutive months. They were quick to respond and answer messages prior to my request. Now they won't even return my calls, emails or text. I was promised a follow up to get reimbursed and nothing. That says a lot about a company and its values. Keep your word and provide awesome customer service regardless.

At first my interactions with Jose and team went pretty well, but when it came time for our shades to be installed we hit some snags. First the shades took almost 2 months to be ready, which I won't blame them for because it was their vendors fault - but communication during that period was very poor and I would have to call multiple times just to get an update. Secondly - he had initially said the whole job would take no more than a couple of hours so I used that figure when scheduling with him and it's now taking at least double the time he quoted me. It's loud and disruptive work so the fact that they came in 30 min late (blaming traffic) and is taking longer than I was told to expect, has made this a very frustrating experience. I understand arriving a little late, but when coupled with the fact that the duration of the work was grossly underestimated - it makes for a bad combination. It will be now 4 hrs that they're here instead of 2.
