In less than 20 minutes, I had an appointment scheduled, a price quote, and details about their payment options and mobile service. They come directly to you, which made the process incredibly convenient. I probably could have scheduled the service the same day, but I chose to book it for the following day. On the day of the appointment, the technician, Paul, was gracious, kind, and actually arrived before I did. He even told me to take my time getting there. My auntie got robbed at the supermarket in Puente Hills. As she was loading up her groceries in Puente Hills, apparently a very large woman was waiting to snatch my aunt's purse... which had $800 gifted from her brothers from Chinese New Year, and her key fob to the car. I immediately rushed over to her to help her move her car, and called AAA. Except AAA couldn't tow the car right away... for the Lexus LS460, it's an electronic hand brake.. and you need the key to turn it off, regardless of whether the car is set to neutral. I sent out a Yelp request for mobile keyfob replacement, and Keymasters was the 2nd to answer, with a very competitive (okay, the best pricing out of all the offers that came in), and a hard timeline of when they would arrive, and when the job would be done. 30 minutes to arrive. 20 minutes to sync and reprogram the new keyfob while locking out all old and stolen keyfobs. No joke, Paul really came within 30 minutes. And he was done in less than 20 minutes. While the keyfob isn't exactly OEM with the Lexus logo, at least the price was less than half of OEM (easily over $500 from your local stealership Lexus dealers). I had a great experience with Keymasters LA. I am a landlord and called them out because tenants thought there might be an issue with a front door lock. The locksmith was professional, communicative, and most importantly, honest. After taking a look, he was able to fix the issue the tenants were having. He then called me to explain that there was actually nothing wrong with the lock itself; it was more a matter of familiarity with how it operates. He didn't try to upsell or push unnecessary repairs, and even suggested if there are further issues, to just replace the door, as it would be more valuable in the long run compared to the cost of replacing such and old lock. I really appreciated the transparency. I was only charged the $25 service fee, which felt more than fair.
