He was by far the lowest of all the companies I received quotes from. He was very knowledgeable and was not pushy about purchasing from him. I set up an appointment for Saturday morning. He actually called me 2 hours before the scheduled appointment to offer to come in sooner. I wasn't home at the moment so he arrived at the scheduled time ready to work. He was prompt and courteous. He worked quickly and efficiently and was able to get the tv and entertainment set up within a 30-40 minute period. He cleaned up after himself and even made sure all connections were properly routed so we could test the tv and connected electronics. I have to say that he was probably one of the most comfortable installation professionals I've dealt with to date and it was a very simple process.
