I have gone to Dr.Stewart at Infinite Smiles for a while having multiple dental issues. I have experienced no wait times. Staff is professional and ready for you and immediately start your care. I'm brand new to this office. A couple of friends referred me some time ago, but I hadn't tried them yet. However, I broke my partial at work and needed to find a place that could help me get it fixed ASAP. They took care of me immediately! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! It's so hard to find a good dentist! I've been going to the same dentist for 20 years. Unfortunately he retired and I've been on the lookout for a new one. I had an awful experience at another office on my first visit so I called infinity smiles for help. I wrote a review about the other office I tried as well. Infinity was pretty nice over the phone and scheduled me in quick. Got in and the dentist found an issue with the toothache I had been having. Bad news was he wouldn't fix it that day. I had to make an appt for a week or so later. Is this a new thing where you can't just get your tooth fixed within weeks? Came to the appt and they did half of what was needed... half. Then I had to come back 2 weeks later for the second half. Long story. Today was second day and I was supposed to get a crown. Somehow the crown broke while it was in the oven so I had to wait another hour for a replacement. My appt started at 8am.... I finally left at 11. Of those 3 hours I was probably only being worked on for half of that. Just sat in the chair listening to them work on other patients. The positive part was I feel the work was done correctly. Definitely an overbooker though. During the procedures he was insanely rough as others mentioned in previous reviews and he was definitely in a rush. I guess I will keep looking for a dentist. The assistants he has working for him are really nice. On the second day the assistant apologized for the wait and I could tell she was concerned that I was waiting so long. Everyone was so nice from when I called to book the appointment to when I left the office and I got a fresh cookie! They got me in quick for being a new patient. I called Monday and was in by Wednesday. The nurse Tiffany who worked on me was wonderful and communication was great. She let me know what was going on every step of the way. Dr. Chad Stewart is the nicest, most easy-going Dentist I've ever met I had no pain during the dreaded drilling and the digital imaging of my mouth resulted in a perfect fitting permanent cap amazingly, Dr. Stewart created a permanent cap during one visit--saving both time (no need for a second visit) and alleviating my dental anxiety with a temp cap!! Amazing staff, have been going here for most of my life. My problem is that I feel like Dr. Stewart is in to much of a rush constantly and I feel like a number rather than a patient of his at times. The dentist before him was much more careful and precise when performing his operations and I felt comfortable in his hands. With Dr. Stewart my stress levels are at an all time high because I don't know when I might be in pain because he goes so fast and is extremely aggressive. I have had pains for weeks after seeing him and have never had these types of problems before. With over 10 years of experience with this staff I must say they are absolutely amazing, but I wouldn't recommend Dr. Stewart to my worst enemy. read more

Dr Stewart recently took over the office of my old dentist I've gone to for 7+ years. So, I continued to use him for my next appointment. For my first appointment, I was kept waiting 45 minutes and when I asked how much longer it would be before I was able to get in, the receptionist replied "I really don't know". I then just decided to reschedule for a later date. When I went in again for the second time for the same appointment as before, the receptionist said she contacted my insurance and that I was responsible for my deductible and my insurance would pick up the rest of the amount. I paid my deductible at that time and had Dr Stewart do the work. The work he did was VERY painful at the time of procedure, the most pain I have received ever from any dentist I've gone to. Dr Stewart was friendly, but I had about a week of discomfort even after the fillings were done. A month later I received an invoice for $229. When I contacted his office to question the amount, the receptionist said that was the balance was due because my insurance did not cover the full amount they billed. I asked her about the conversation we had at the time of service about that I would just owe my deductible, and she said it was my insurance company's mistake. I immediately contacted my insurance company and they had documentation of the conversation with the receptionist and the work was not covered, like she had told me. I contacted Dr Stewart's office back and the receptionist refused to accept the mistake on her part and was very unprofessional raising her voice and denying the whole thing. I told her to cancel all my family's appointments we had scheduled. I then asked to speak to Dr Stewart who also refused any type of solution to resolve their mistake. I have paid the amount in full, but I will never go back to this dentist! I have always gone to the dentist religiously every 6 months, and this is the first time I have had problems. read more

In my 67 years on this earth I have had 4 different dentists. Dr. Chad Stewart is by far the best. I have experience little to no pain from any of the procedures that he has preformed. I was in his car for nearly two hours having a root canal and cap done all at once. Once we were finished, he told me to expect some pain. I had no pain at all!
