Something is not right with the way they make their drinks. I recently ordered their matcha smoothie. It had an odd taste that didn't feel right. I love matcha and have had all sorts of matcha drinks and treats before. But this smoothie tasted as if there was something separate from the matcha, like a weird, bitter aftertaste. I sort of thought it tasted like soap. My brother drank half of my smoothie too. About half an hour after finishing the cup between ourselves, both he and I felt immensely nauseous. I have NEVER felt nauseous like that before when drinking any sort of smoothie, boba drink, or matcha. My brother said he felt like vomiting. Something bad was in that matcha smoothie. The seating area was closed off so it was a grab and go type of spot. Decided to go with what I ordered before which was the matcha crumble. Despite the fact that it seems like management is terrible here, having a broken ac for months (I come here often and it seems to never get fixed) and forcing your employees to work in the heat! The workers still keep a great positive attitude. Super helpful and explain everything. We always experience friendly and excellent customer service. I normally order my drinks from their website for faster service and they are always ready by the time I arrive. I checked out Infinitea after hearing an acquantance rave about their ambiance and drinks. I cannot review very well for ambiance, since they are still serving takeout only, but the store seemed clean and the counter person was nice. When I walked in the shop, I was so overwhelmed by the menu wall, that I completely failed to notice the easier picture menu wall that was behind me. Ah ha! that would have made things easier. They have a LOT of drink choices, with and without boba. A plus for me is that the allow me to choose the sweetness level in my drink. I find many drinks way too sweet, so the option to have less or no added sweeteners works for me. For the record, I got a green/pineapple smoothie with no added sugar, and it was perfect. I'm not much of a "mall" (ok technically since it's outdoors, I suppose Ka Makana Ali`i is a shopping center) person, but if I'm craving a boba drink or smoothie, I would return to Infinitea. Since it's the thin plastic kind of straw I had to get another one from sucking so hard and warping the one in my drink already. Then that one started warping too. 2. I got 50% sweetness and it was still super sweet. Can't imagine if I got 100% 3. My brother ordered a monster size, but they made him a regular. Someone else ordered a similar drink so they took it thinking it was theirs, but after trying it they realized it wasn't theirs. I come here every time I'm on Oahu because I'm still obsessed with the "U-be In Love" drink. It's so delicious and now my sisters love it too. They still charge extra for boba. As we passed by InfiniTea on our way to eat, there were a bunch of people waiting for their order. After we ate, there was no one waiting. The Brown Sugar Milk Tea and Cookie Monster Crumble Smoothie was ready in 3 minutes. The Hawaiian Delight Smoothie took 2 minutes longer. Not very long at all. All 3 drinks were very tasty. The drinks don't come as pictured on the menu. For example: the Hawaiian Delight Smoothie didn't come with any fruit that's pictured in the menu and the Cookie Monster Crumble Smoothie didn't come with an Oreo or whipped cream. The seating is still closed so it would be impossible to put an Oreo in a sealed to-go cup. Hopefully, after covid is better controlled, they'll return to dine-in options and the drinks will look like the menu photos. A great place to stop in Kapolei for boba. read more

Used to love the fruit tea at this place but haven't been here for a long time. Ordered the lychee fruit tea, 0% added sugar and it was undrinkable. It was like pure syrup. This for a $9 "large" fruit tea with boba, that would be a medium size at best at other places. And, they didn't even have the heat seal top. Just poured it into a regular plastic cup and top.
