I love that each of the Teapresso locations I've visited has their own flair. They all boast long and complicated menu options, they are all clean, and they are all staffed with friendly people, but they each get to have their own twist, which is just wonderful for a small chain with a devoted following. I don't get to the Waipio location often, as I'm generally in the area only to shop at Foodland, grab a burger at Big City Diner, or a plate of lechon at Shay's, so an extravagant drink is the farthest thing from my thoughts. That changed last week when I saw a photo of the drink that called out to me, a Mango Sticky Rice Smoothie. Suddenly al other meals were put on hold, and there was only one possible way to get through my day- follow the siren's song straight into this small but sweet boba shop! Sure enough, this smoothie was completely worth the visit, and will probably bring me back again before it is gone. The smoothie was a simple mango cream with some coconut, but it sat atop a scoop of still warm Thai sticky rice and under a scoop of diced mango, which had of c ourselves been drizzled with sweetened condensed milk. The only thing it was a missing was a salty element, so I added a sprinkle of flaky salt once I made it home. I was only there for a short visit, but the employees were so very sweet to me and to the other customers there with me that day. If you find yourself wanting a sweet treat and are anywhere near Waipio, Teapresso is a fantastic choice for your time and money. read more

Bought a banana cream pie today Sunday 2/8/2026 and it smelt weird opening it up. It's spoiled and also has mold on it. They have no telephone number to let them know to remove the rest from there shelf. Super disgusting. read more

Such a cute boba shop in Waipio. We are usually always in this shopping center buying groceries or getting dinner. So I was so happy to know that a boba shop opened in the area. The workers are really nice and patient. I always take forever to order when I'm new to a spot and they were so patient with me, I think I even changed my mind once or twice while ordering. They have a good amount of table and chairs inside to sit and enjoy your drink also a cart in the corner with some snacks and fridge area with snacks to purchase too. Overall the milk tea was just OK for me. I didn't love it but I also didn't hate it. I usually love a good cheese foam but they don't offer that here it's called Sea foam and it just doesn't hit quite as well as a cheese foam. But it does have a sweet salty flavor to it just a different texture. I love Jasmine Tea & I have yet to find a tea spot that beats 85degrees. But this'll do especially for the convenience of being in this area. The taro smoothie was good super refreshing especially for the hot afternoon. So much parking right in front and in the parking lot. read more

Refreshing beverage for $3 on Tuesdays in Waipio, Oahu, Hawaii... After I read reviews by my friends, Irene and Marisa, I marked my calendar and made it a point to visit this "Waipahu" location. Located in the Waipio Shopping Center, a few doors down from Foodland, this Teapresso shop has a wall mural of the Eiffel Tower... how appropriate for the 2024 Paris Olympics! After entering my phone number into the Rewards System, I asked the pleasant, young cashier about the Tuesday $3 flavor of the day... Wintermelon Milk Tea... and it's made with a non-dairy ingredient... perfect! I liked it a lot because I enjoyed the creamy flavor and the fruity essence! I'll be back next week!!! I ordered a lava flow with boba. When I got my drink, there was no strawberry in it just a pineapple smoothie. I asked the worker where the strawberry was, she said, "Oh" and then pours this strawberry sauce on the top, and tells me, "that you just need to mix it". I told her that's all the strawberry?! Because I told her I'm used to strawberry on the bottom and walls, and she claims that all places do it differently. So I say ok and leave. I look up the yelp for this place and see another lava flow looking like I'm used to with the strawberry on the bottom and on the walls. I was really nice about the situation, but if you make a mistake just own it, say sorry and make me a correct one. Don't say that you guys do it differently, when clearly there's a picture on yelp showing you do it like everywhere else does. There wasn't anybody in line after us too, so it just seemed like she was too lazy to make me a correct lava flow. What's sad is that my whole family all have our hair cut and color done at the owner of Waipio Teapresso's other business. And we really like her. With the variety of teas Teapresso Bar has you're certainly transported to another part of the globe and here the vibe is a touch of France with the Eiffel Tower statement wall along with Macarons I'd say oui oui!! A cute little place with four tables the vibe here is nice and simple and if you're ever here on a Tuesday sure to follow them on Instagram @teapressobarwaipahu for the drink of the day is just $3 what a great deal. We were previously going to the Mililani times location but started coming here because we moved to Koa Ridge. Although the employees are friendly, this location is ALWAYS out of ingredients so I'm never able to get what I want. It's happened multiple times and I'm tired of coming here to not get my drink. I don't recommend this location. I'll be driving out to Mililani from now even if it's a little more out of the way. read more

Cute little cafe with variety of good drinks. You can order espresso types or tea drinks, hot or cold. I like the choice where I can customize the sweetness. Other drink choices are smoothie, frappe, lemonade, and slush. Boba, jelly, pudding and few other add-ons were there too. Not much choice for snacks. Macarons and Noms. I wish there was little more snacks. Salty and crunchy snacks will go good with sweet drinks. Inside has 4 tables and nice background wall for pictures. Ordered my milk tea with extra boba and there is barely any boba in my drink. They also charged me for it and I didn't realize it till I got home. I know it seems like a small issue but when this has been happening, only at this teapresso location, a review should be made. Also bought a taro latte and I wanted an extra shot of espresso, and there was no extra shot when I was charged on my receipt. Considering the price of this place, they should know how to make drinks that match that price. read more

Teapresso has a great menu with lots of delicious choices. There are several spots of this chain style bubble tea spot on Oahu. The one in Waipahu is right by Camille's which is an excellent spot to stop in after you grab your drink to get something to go with it. There's a few other gems in this shopping center so come hungry! read more

MOLDY FOOD WARNING I got two drinks and asked for 75% sweetness for my Crème brûlée milk tea. It tasted like 0% sweetness but I was in a rush and didn't say anything. A girl named amber on my receipt was very rude and I wouldn't want anyone else to experience the customer service I received.

I come here once in a while. The tea is good but not the best you can get. Their boba is too chewy/hard and is overall inconsistent. Although, the service is always good and drinks come out pretty quick. One thing I would like for them to add is a phone number to tjeir website. read more

The drinks are good and made quickly. However, employees need training on other aspects. There was a sign advertising "$5 bonus when you buy a gift certificate minimum of $25". I asked the employee how that works. Specifically, does the $5 bonus expire? The employee said no the $5 bonus just gets added to the value of the gift certificate and it does not expire. Therefore, I purchased two $25 gift certificates. After I got my drink, asked the same employee, so the gift certificate shows $25 but it's actually $30? That didn't seem right to me especially since i also received text messages with the gift certificates showing $25. She said yes but told me to wait while she double checks with her coworker. The coworker came and told me that the $5 bonus is not on the card and told the first employee that she was supposed to give me a separate $5 paper coupon. When I read the coupon, the $5 bonus did expire in less than 2 months. There was no apology for the misinformation, but no big deal. I'll come again within 2 months. I'm glad I questioned the employee a second time and she checked with a coworker. When I returned to use the $5 bonus today, a different employee said that she did give me $5 off, but when I looked at the total, it was for the whole price of my purchase with no discount. She called someone on her phone for help but after a few minutes told me that I couldn't use the coupon because she already charged me for the whole amount. Explained to the employee that I wanted to use the coupon today because it expires. Her reply was, well, it doesn't expire until the end of next month. Again, no apology at all. The employee did offer to let me use the $5 coupon if I bought another drink. Why would I want to buy another drink? I just bought two. Now I will have to go back again to try to use my $5 bonus again. Drinks= 5 stars, customer service= 1 star so average of 3 stars. Recommend coming for drinks but do not recommend buying gift certificates from Teapresso. read more

I wasn't going to rate this place and I was initially just going to call and see if they could fix my issue instead but there's not even a store number anywhere online nor here on Yelp. My boyfriend just went in to pick up my two Creme Brûlée milk teas with NO boba and oat milk. I was on the phone with him telling him my order so I heard him say no boba. When he walked in, he was the only customer in there. Whoever the girl was that took our order, needs to pay more attention because I got boba in both drinks AND it was not made with oat milk which we paid extra for. I can't even drink and enjoy my drinks because the custard sunk to the bottom with the boba which I clearly don't like. What a waste of money. Also, the last time we went there with my kids, the girls were playing loud music with profane words. Incredibly disturbing! read more
