Ask for your receipt or order from the app. I would not recommend this location. I ordered from this place twice and just a regular large smoothie. No extra add-in. Paid cash. They charged me over $11. The next customer came in and ordered a large smoothie and paid $10 something. I was friendly. Not rude at all. Girl asked me a strange question before I ordered. I stopped by Jamba Juice - Fort Weaver Rd this morning around 8:30 a.m., and the store was busy--full lobby, steady online orders coming in, and only one employee on shift. Despite that, Emilee handled everything impressively. In under 10 minutes, she took and completed my order (three drinks and a pastry) while also managing several other customers and multiple online pickups. No one waited more than 5-10 minutes, and I was the last person to order. Emilee was fast, efficient, friendly, and kept a positive attitude the entire time. Running a busy location solo is no small task, and she was absolutely holding it down. She deserves recognition for the job she's doing. read more

Went in today again & guess what? I ordered 2 large peanut butter moo'ds with whey protein in each and again did not receive any extra. They used 1 blender for 2 drinks. How do you even measure the whey protein when you mix it in 1 blender? On my previous review. The manager offered me 2 free drinks but they never followed through. I emailed twice and no response. Unfortunately the new manager or the manager working today (05/31) and his worker Vladimir had no customer service and was very unprofessional. I wish I could give no stars. When you have a worker who talks about an adjusted order by saying "freaking weirdos" after I literally paid for the replacements because I only wanted Mango and Strawberries in my acai bowl, that's uncalled for. I paid over $50 for my order and that is what you provide, the flexibility to change the toppings based on preference. And to top it off their AC is not working so it is like a sauna in there. Maybe that's why their brains are fried. The manager didn't do anything when I reported it to him. The only way to correct something like this (especially for new and young workers like Vladimir) is to talk to your worker and explain why his actions are unacceptable. Unless, it accepted??? Never again Ewa Jamba. I hope management sees this. You need to do better. The other cashier who took our order, the tiny Asian girl was sweet and super concerned for one of our allergy product orders. I wish I got her name. Jamba Juice in the Ewa Town Center is ran by children. Where the h377 are the adults? Obviously when ran by children no quality control and consistency in the product. Strawberry dream tasted tasted like powder and not sweet as how other locations. Like what I said no consistency and uniformity. The establishment hire children with no formal training or at least common sense because I can see that it ain't 10 worth and they weren't even using measurements. Just scoop whatever they feel like. Tight tight! Another reason for negative feedback is the AÇAÍ Bowls for $10 each was NOT acceptable. My bowl was not half full but 75% empty. The açaí was only 3 tablespoons and filling was half a banana, couple berries and other crumbs. Very disappointing!. I don't think they have the right measurements because I kinda heard other customers before me also complaining about how little the portion was when they received their bowls. This review is for Emilee (I believe that is her name). She is the nicest best smoothie maker in this store. It's 1:30 on a Tuesday and she just handled a back to back rush ALONE. I stopped coming to this Jamba as frequently bc of my past experiences with some of the workers, but she might just be the reason I come back more. They offer a variety of foods from pastries, açaí bowl. They offer fresh squeezed juices, fruit smoothies and green smoothies. My "go to" smoothie drink is a Strawberries Wild and my off the menu "go to" is the White Gummy Bear. My "go to" food item is their pretzel. Amazing experience at this Jamba location. The staff all around seemed really friendly, and the worker who took my order, Vladimir, was super friendly and seemed to not be bothered when I took a little while to order. The place was really clean, something that is unfortunately not a standard in a modern world. Ordered two açaí bowls and they were both half filled. It wasn't even at a busy time. I was the only customer in the store. Just sad. It also took about 20 minutes to make 2 açaí bowls. Super sad $11 bowl.. They seemed short staffed and were rushing. My smoothie on the bottom was super watery and had a big scoop of the frozen yogurt in the middle. Granola was a small tiny scoop looks like from the bottom of the container (maybe the last of it). Also, the employee making it had gloves on, but took a break from making my bowl to go and fix something, then came back wearing the same gloves and proceeded to make my bowl and touch the banana and granola. Judging by the reviews the service seems to be so wishy washy here and i agree. I solely debate on getting a smoothie at Jamba judging by how many people there are in the store itself. It's a pretty small shop, when people start waiting outside for their drink that's how you know it's gonna be a long wait. Even with a couple of people like 3, the wait can still be long. When my husband and I got there tonight there were 3 workers. One washing blenders, one making smoothies and one pouring the smoothies into a cup. We waited about 5 minutes before being asked to take our order. My husband checked the receipt and the boy over charged us 2 drinks. The girl that was working noticed my husband looking at the receipt and asked if we got over charged and kindly gave us a refund. I love this Jamba location! Always a quick and courteous visit when getting my juice on! PROs: this store is always quick, courteous, and knowledgeable of the different vitamins and boost ups you can put in your juice or smoothie. The energy bowls are also great options. My personal favorite is either the purely orange or the dragon berry. Both are excellent choices if you're feeling sick. Their product and menu selection is always excellent. I cannot their product or their staff performance ever. Also has very high cleanliness standards. Even when there's a long line you usually don't have to wait more than a few minutes for your fresh squeezed juice or fresh blended smoothie. CONs: parking can become very challenging no matter what time of day you come at. A restroom your customers would be nice. read more

Normally when you order an açaí bowl, at-least have the açaí to the rim. My orange booster, asked for a shot of ginger but no ginger inside. I normally get smoothies with ginger and you can always taste the ginger. My fault for not making sure before I left the establishment. read more

Late night Jamba craving- grateful there's one 5 min away from us! We got in around 8:15, 45 min before closing. Tried to place an order through the app, but they didn't have the one thing I wanted ): I love me a Chocolate Strawberry bowl! When I got there, the kind worker explained to me that since it's a Hawai'i exclusive item, it can't be ordered through the app.. sad face lol. With that said, I miss out on curbside pickup, ordering ahead if I'm in a rush, and they lose my service if I'm too lazy to get out of my car! There are honestly bigger problems in the world, haha.
