This review has been a long time coming - the first time I crossed paths with Infinity Electric was back in March of 2014. I didn't end up doing the work at that point but I was convinced from that experience that when I did eventually move forward with the work, it would be with Infinity. Since that time I have had them complete a variety of jobs at 2 separate properties - including panel replacements, rewiring a garage, installing LED can lights, and running circuits for a future remodel. Electricity is one of the 'involuntary' parts of our house. Once the walls are closed, it can really be an 'out of sight, out of mind' experience - we trust that when we flip the switch, the lights go on. Ensuring that this process is done safely, economically and with the highest level of care and courtesy is a hallmark of the approach that Infinity brings to each project. Electricity is one of the few things in your house that can kill you without to much effort, so I was extremely satisfied to find a vendor that is just as concerned with the safety of my family and my property as I am. I Cant even believe how great this company is , I had an electrical fire in my kitchen at 1:00 AM . I called the fire department got dressed and they were here . There were so many people here the Gas co, Edison, the Building Department four fire trucks I called my insurance, a fireman and the Building Department manager gave me the name of Infinity Electric I contacted them and they were here ASAP and the job they did was amazing they were here for 3 or four times daily making sure everything was perfect and the kindness they gave me was beyond GREAT . Those guys were so nice and explained everything to me I am a senior and I was so confused and worried about the cost . They worked with me and were so kind I just cant say enough about them I went to their office later and ask for a sign to put in my yard to let others in my neighborhood to know who to call if they need a great electrician in the further and they don't even advertise so I ask how and was told I could use Yelp if I wanted So here I am. And Alex in the office even helped me sending information to my insurance plus all the times I had to call him about questions I had. Tesla sent me the contact information for Infinity Electric and from my first call to them to schedule an appointment for an estimate, to when they left after doing the installation of the power for our soon-to-arrive Telsa X, my experience has been great! Amy in the office is always friendly, efficient and let me know up front how far out they were booking so I would not be disappointed having to wait. Michael Adams (the owner, I think), came to do the estimate and was professional, knowledgeable and willing to explain everything to someone (me!) who knew nothing of what needed to be done. He asked questions that clearly indicated he wanted me to be 100% happy and satisfied with the work he and his team would do. The installers, John and Matt, arrived this morning on time and were also professional, friendly an neat :-). They alerted me to an issue that I didn't know about with my electrical box and took care of the problem on the spot! Called Infinity on a Thu for a quote to install a NEMA 15-40 outlet for my new Tesla that was being delivered the next week. Spoke to Amy who professionally scheduled an onsite visit the next day on Fri to survey prior to quoting. Received a confirmation email almost immediately afterward confirming the appointment time with Michael Adams, the owner, with a 30 minute call ahead of arrival. Michael arrived on Fri as scheduled, reviewed my installation requirements and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Infinity quoted the lowest job price of the three service providers I contacted. Infinity then accommodated my request for an expedited installation the next week. The installation went off without a hitch: Michael and his assistant did very clean and fast installation. The follow-on inspection by the city also went without incident. Infinity Electric installed 3 ceiling fans for me yesterday, and I couldn't be happier. First, they visited my home to give me an actual quote, which other electricians wouldn't do. After I scheduled an appointment, they told me what I needed to purchase and answered the questions I had about size, quality, etc. The day of the job, they arrived on time, worked professionally, finished ahead of schedule, and cleaned up before leaving. And the new ceiling fans look great and function perfectly. They took the time to show me around after the job was done, talk about options if I wanted to change anything, and offered to help with some of the details (mount one of the remote controls, clip the chains, etc). Next time I have electrical work to do in my home, I will certainly be calling Infinity again! read more

We just used Infinity again to do the electrical work for the remodel of our cafe at our church. These guys are the best! They are punctual and friendly. They are polite and not rough like construction guys can be. And they do great work -- everything is done in the time frame they provide, for a reasonable cost, and they have high standards for their work. Also, the team had to install a temporary plug for a coffee machine in an inconvenient place and I was so impressed by the way that they worked to make it work the best for our kitchen space while being minimally invasive. Rob from Infinity Electric came to our home and put in two ceiling fans, two outdoor porch lights, two switches, and upgraded our kitchen fixture so that it could use LED tubes (that are now dimmable) so we could get rid of the fluorescent tubes that I've hated for years. Rob worked very efficiently and quickly and did all that work in a surprisingly short time for a very reasonable price. He was able to give my husband and me the pros and cons before he did some of the work which helped us to consider different options and come up with the best and quickest solution. I called all around Ventura to try and find an electrician who could bend pipe. Finally called Infinity and spoke to Michael. He was very helpful and said yes he could bend some pipe for me.
