Terrible plumbing issues in a pre 1968 home with mixet valves . If you know you know .ughhh ... headache!! Ruined my weekend and part of my week. Boo! Stopped at Lowe's but was sent here as what I needed would take over a week to get delivered. At Ferguson ... staff isn't the friendliest . Many walked past me without even asking if I needed assistance as I walked up and down the valve aisle like a dummy. Anyway I couldn't find what I needed and was helped by one of the workers once I walked up to the register. Not sure I'd stop by again. 3.5/ 4 because it's a plumbing store .. not supposed to be the cheeriest of places but I do expect a certain level of customer service. read more

The employees are the rudest people I have ever encountered. I will not be returning or supporting this business. I visited the store to purchase a pipe for my water heater. An employee walked by while I was looking at the selection and since I was not confident which pipe to buy, I asked him, "are you able to help me with a quick question?". He responded very cold and rude with a simple, "no I am too busy". And kept walking away without eye contact. I asked "is there anyone else available?" and he said "go stand in line". I was blown away!! Other customers heard this as well and rolled their eyes while telling me this was typical behavior here. Two weeks later, my wife went to the store to return an item for me. She waited for over 20 minutes to be helped because the employees were too busy chatting with each other and with their "friends" that were customers. When it was her turn (there was only one person in front of her in line), the young cashier looked at her in line, grabbed his personal cell phone, played on it and then walked outside. She waited another 8 minutes and when he came back inside, he assisted her with the return. He was short, rude and when she couldn't hear him and asked him to repeat the question, he became passive aggressive and yelled the question while rolling his eyes and cracking his neck (because he was soooo stressed out to have to repeat "cash or card"). Overall, this store is a waste of time and to say the least, poorly managed. The employees are entitled and lazy. The store is dirty and NO ONE wears a mask. When you ask for help, you WILL NOT get help. I would love to support local stores, but I will be taking my business to the big dogs from now on. Home Depot and Amazon would never treat me (or my wife) this poorly. Stay away from this dump!! read more

This place is awesome. Best service personnel hands down. I had an issue with our plumbing services and hookup and needed an adapter. Of course it was xmas eve and I was limited on places to go. Fergusons was closing early that day but stayed open for me, got me the piece I need with some great suggestions and they walked me through how to use this adapter. My contractor sent me here. I didn't make an appointment. I was just asking questions and Amber was lots of help. I returned the next week and purchased several things for my kitchen and bathroom. I forgot that I needed the matching faucet and towel bar. I was thinking I'd just go to Lowes. At Lowes, I'd have to order it and it was over $100 MORE than at Fergusons!! I just faxed Amber the things that I needed and she called me that they had the faucet in stock and the towel bar could be delivered in four days. Note: free delivery !! Did have issues with the delivery department related to a purchase at the Woodland Hills location. After calling several times, my item was delivered on the day as promised, but I had to be insistent and persistent to make it happen! read more

Well, let's start with the positive. They agreed to match online prices that did save us some money. That said, I am a detail oriented person. So, when someone says 7 days for delivery, I expect seven ... not 20. And, we clearly asked the sales person about a soap dispenser and were clearly told that one came with the sink. Now, of course, that was denied. If we had only asked once, I would understand but we asked the question in several ways as we were ordering both a large and small sink and wondered if there were two sizes. Finally, apparently even the stores are competitive because the Thousand Oaks store offered to beat the Ventura store's pricing. Now that we are out $100 for the soap dispenser, I wish I had taken them up on their offer. Be very careful. Ask questions and document your answers. read more

Bought a Kohler K-5401 from them back in 2017. It hasn't been working properly for the last few months so thought I'd give them a call to see if they can support the product. Had to call several times to even get an operator. Once I got an operator I was put on hold for 35 minutes to their customer support group, only to have someone pick up the phone and hang up on me. Called them back and spoke to another operator. She informed me that they don't do house-call repairs and don't recommend anyone in the area. Basically, they have no support at all for their products. Once you've bought it - they are out and no further help at all. For a $5k toilet you'd think they'd at least try to help out a bit more. Taking my future business elsewhere for sure. I think you're better off going to Costco. read more

I'm not sure what happened because I used to love this place. You will find every fixture you need for your bathroom here, and most for your kitchen. The prices are very reasonable and the selection is great. What you won't find is anyone to help you or answer any questions. There were a few things I wanted to order, but after spending an hour there, I left without speaking to a soul... very disappointed. read more

I only gave this 3 because of the girl at the front, she is so rude. When we went in the first time, I though maybe she was having a bad day. The second time she was just as rude. I have called twice and she's rude on the phone as well. Everyone else is really nice, and the products were great. She just makes a really bad first impression. If our contractor hadn't sent us there to order our products we would have left and gone somewhere else. She did not make you feel welcome at all. read more

We recently purchased a bathroom vanity, counter and sink here. The showroom is nice and has a large selection of high quality kitchen and bathroom fixtures. Evan, who helped us, was friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. There was no hard-sell and while he was attentive to what we wanted, he also volunteered useful advice. Even though ours was not a large purchase, we had his full attention and the entire shopping experience was quick and pleasant. He emailed me installation documentation the same day so that we could get started immediately and the vanity was delivered sooner than promised. I was surprised to only find two reviews so I'm adding a third. When my plumber recommended Ferguson, I shuttered because I had heard they were more expensive than the local plumbing supply showrooms (quite a few in Ventura). However, after spending about $25,000 and checking prices along the way, Ferguson was much cheaper because of the extensive discounting they can do because they are a chain. Yes, they do try to push Kohler products, which is also something I was told, but I bought my Moen, Grohe, Ruvati and Toto products and still received some nice discounts. I worked mainly with Evan and Lori, but everyone, from the front desk in the showroom to the contractor/pick up desk in the rear, were very nice and knowledgable. I received emails and phone calls when products arrived, and, probably because I was ordering for four bathrooms, a kitchen, and a laundry room, I could pick up the phone and just call to ask questions and order incidentals. I ordered some Kohler and Newport Brass items, too, and was told upfront these companies had long wait times - Kohler doesn't ship as orders come in; they ship when they fill a trailer - so don't expect some items to appear overnight or be in stock, but you can expect a phone call when the companies finally ship the items to Ferguson! read more
