Communication is excellent, and they do a great job keeping residents informed about events and community updates. The maintenance team is quick to respond to requests and always does quality work. I also appreciate how well the landscaping is maintained--it makes the community feel clean, welcoming, and beautiful year-round. The common areas are always kept in great condition, and the exterior lighting helps the property feel safe and well cared for, especially at night. Overall, it's been a wonderful place to live, and I appreciate the effort the team puts into making this a great community. Living here feels like I accidentally stumbled into a resort and no one has figured out I don't actually belong. The grounds are serene and beautiful--it's basically my daily free therapy session just walking around. The staff is top-notch, and the maintenance guys? Absolute legends. I could probably call them to change a lightbulb while holding a sandwich and they'd show up smiling, never once acting like I'm a nuisance (even though I definitely am). The location is unbeatable--there's a fantastic brewery right down the road (dangerous for my wallet, delightful for my soul), and the kids think we moved into Disney World thanks to all the pools. Add in the sports complex being right next door, and I'm starting to think my family might never need to leave this bubble of happiness. In short: 10/10 would recommend. Unless you're taking the last parking spot--then maybe look somewhere else. read more

I've really enjoyed living here overall. The apartment complex is clean, fairly quiet, and well-maintained. One of the biggest highlights is the sense of community -- there are regular events that bring residents together, and it actually feels like people care about where they live. The only major downside is the Internet. The connection can be frustratingly slow or unreliable at times, which is especially inconvenient if you work from home or stream a lot. It's definitely something I hope management addresses soon. Aside from that, it's a great place to live. Phenomenal Apartments and Community. My wife, son, and I have been living here for almost a year and we plan on resigning. Great access to amenities, great property management, and great community. Tina is a phenomenal property manager and her staff is all great as well; Riley, Grace, and Chloe all run a great community here. The maintenance team is also phenomenal with Dave at the head. We have had to put in two maintenance requests which received nearly immediate attention from Dave. Highly recommend living here for families looking for apartments. Infinity Hammock Bay has quickly become a place that we are proud to call home. Tina, Rhylee, and Chloe in the office have become great friends and are ready to help with any questions that we have. There have been minor maintenance issues and they are quickly addressed by Dave and Torrance. The entire complex is well maintained and feels very safe. We almost feel like we are staying at a 5-star resort with the beautiful pool, firepit, and workout facility. Plus we get to use all of the amenities within the bigger Hammock Bay community. Joining the Hammock Bay community was the draw until we visited these apartments and immediately fell in love with them. Apartment life wasn't initially what we were looking for. But when we didn't find a home that fit us, we decided to just take a look. Now it's hard to imagine leaving this wonderful community. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at infinity. We moved in last Friday and they habe been so kind and helpful whenever we needed something.
