Love everyone at Infinity Medspa!! Love their massages and facials!! Staff is awesome

I found Infinity MedSpa for something else and noticed they had a Weight loss program. I was 40 lbs. overweight after an injury that kept me from working out. I needed something that could get some weight off because weight just causes more and more problems and body pains. I had a consultation with Dianna and she went over the HCG program with me. She explained the whole program with me, then feeling no pressure I left to look over information. I decided to try the program for three weeks and WOW! The HCG helped me not feel hungry at all! I had to make myself eat the 500 calories. I followed the program exactly like I was told. Lydia was so encouraging to me everytime I came in. I was shocked at how the weight was falling off. After my three weeks, I decided to do three more. All six weeks included I have lost 31 pounds. All diets are not for everyone, but this HCG program was for me!!! Lydia was such a joy to see each week. She helped me with recipes, and was so encouraging to me each week. As one review stated that the needle was bent, I had one that was bent, but I just took it back and they replaced it for me. I am sure that happens some with those small needles. I never had any pain in my stomach and was even shocked that i couldn't even feel the shot. It was a very successful adventure for me and now I am on to the next adventure of keeping the weight off, which is always the goal with any diet. Infinity MedSpa is close to my house and convenient with their appt's, reasonably priced for SCV area, knowledgeable and the staff are all nice enough. I've been coming for a few years and only once did I not like my brow treatment, but it was easily fixed. Before my insurance covered Botox for my migraines, I paid on my end 2-3 times per year to be migraine free. Now that insurance has finally realized what I've known for 8 years, I have and will keep coming back here. read more

My therapist Paris was incredible-had two hour massage and she was incredible! The staff was friendly-the office, waiting room, restroom and private therapy room were all clean and attractive. Left feeling completely relaxed and renewed! Highly recommend this spa! read more

I seem to start a lot of my reviews with the same lament, that this place is so far away from where I live. However, I decided to try Infinity MedSpa when I got a Screaming Coupon. I can't resist bargains or pampering. I got a massage and a facial for a half hour each. My massage therapist was Carinna, and my aethetician was Ashleigh or Ashley (sorry for the misspelling.) I think I met the manager, who was pleased I came in with my Screaming Coupon. It's a very nice facility in a large strip mall area off of Magic Mountain Parkway (or Street, or Road, or something. Remember, I'm not a resident here.) I was really overdue for a massage, because I was sore from getting hit in hockey, or working out hard the day before. I can't remember. In any case, I needed a deep tissue massage something fierce. No offense, but women therapists are generally not so impressive in that area for me. However, I think I'm in love! Carinna rocked! Deep, HARD pressure that brought tears to my eyes!!! She's extremely knowledgeable in her field. I was thisclose to cancelling my facial for an extra half hour with her! However, I was glad I went on to my facial. Ashleigh was fantastic, while I was awake. I passed out during it, probably because of my massage. Once I finished and stumbled out into the reception area, I listened to their pitch. They charge a $55 monthly membership fee, with a $50, I think, enrollment fee. The membership fee includes a free one-hour facial or one-hour massage per month, and you get a nice discount on subsequent services that you book in the same month as well as a 5% discount on products. Considering said facials and massages are $85 each, I don't think that's too bad. Plus, you have the option to freeze your account for a limited time if you need. Also, if you don't have time to come in for a month, the free services to which you're entitled carry over into the next month you can come in. For example, if you're out of town gallivanting overseas for two months, you will have two free services waiting for you when you do get home! (Hey, I should work for these guys!) I love this place for massages, and facials, depending on who I get. However, I got botox for the first time with Lindsey, and it was the worst experience ever. After 2 weeks, I've had a heavy droopy eyelid for several weeks now, and now I have swollen eyelids. Ice packs and allergy drops won't even help! I look horrible, and I have to hide behind my glasses. They gave me the max units (of course), and now I'm paying the price. I can happily say I will never do botox again. I heard great things about Janet, and now I curse myself that I didn't go to her first. I heard so many stories, on how it was administered incorrectly, and I should have asked questions. Please do your research first! I'm just counting down the weeks for this stuff to wear off, so I can apppear normal again, and embrace my brow lines! read more

I went here for the first time for a prenatal/pregnancy massage. The environment was very welcoming, clean, calm and serene. Staff was very friendly and professional. The person giving me a massage was perfect. Gave me a massage that was just right (you know how sometimes they can be a bit painful)- to the point I fell asleep! I will definitely be visiting again! I'm new to the area and came to this spa based on Yelp reviews. I'm glad I came! I received an awesome microdermabrasion facial. The aesthetician recommended some products for my skin after and was not pushy trying to sell them to me. The friendly receptionist wrote down all of the products recommended to me so that I could return at a later time to purchase. I already have my next appointment scheduled and am looking forward to trying some other treatments. read more

I have gone to this spa twice to get my brows waxed and they did a decent job. I called at 1pm to get a last minute appointment in the afternoon. Shortly after I realized I was not going to be able to make the appointment and called in to change the appointment time to the next day. After sitting on hold for 10 minutes, I got frustrated and hung up and called back. When they tried to place me on hold again, I blurted out that I just couldn't make my 5pm appointment and she quickly informed me that I would be charged a same day cancellation fee and someone would call me back! I was furious! I got a call back a few minutes later and told the woman that I had JUST made the appointment a few hours earlier and was calling to re-schedule to the next day but she told me their policy was still to charge a $25 cancellation fee! She made an "exception" for me but it left such a bad taste in my mouth the way I was treated both being left on hold for so long and having no idea about the cancellation fee that I will NEVER go back there again! A brow wax doesn't even cost $25!! Very poor customer service. read more

Back in October I started getting really dry skin (due to climate changes) and I felt as dry as a lizard, it was horrible and gross. I searched different places around the valley for best spas or places I could go to and thank god i chose this place of all spas! I went in as a first time customer and walked out as a member, I loved how well taken care of I felt after my treatment. Unfortunately I had to temp relocate due to work and I had credits that were unused so I called and asked if I could transfer my membership under my moms name. Thankfully my membership was transferred to her name it worked out as a great Christmas gift. She goes monthly, sometimes twice a month and comes out feeling like a queen! It feels good knowing that her gift is well spent. Everyone in their staff is amazing, from the minute you walk in the door you feel welcomed. My mom raves about Mari and loves her. I'm so happy to have found Infinity Med Spa, you all treat my mom so well I Highly recommend them I have referred to so many and they all rave about their great service! read more

After much hesitation, this 60-year-old granny went to Infinity Med Spa, not sure what I was going to have done. I was scheduled with Sara. I underwent a facial with extractions (yes, old ladies need extractions apparently) and she suggested microdermabrasion for various bumps. She recommended heavenly products for skin care, smell so good and make my skin so soft. I felt very pampered and loved the salon. The staff was welcoming and warm. Initially I felt the work done on my skin by Sara was very nice, but 5 days later I can't believe I've gone this long in life without having these procedures done. I am speechless at the difference in my skin. Incredible is an understatement. If you have a special lady (or man) you want to treat to something magical (Mother's Day comes to mind), don't hesitate to get that person a gift card for Sara and her expertise. I went to Infinity on my birthday and treated myself to a dermablade. I had heard about it before but was very nervous. Will not return. Had facial, per brochure 1 hr facial. Esthetician cut facial short, informed me that she couldn't do everything because she had a client coming in after me. Facial was 45 minutes. If you want customer to return than you should give them what they paid for. When I went to pay the cashier attempted to charge me $75 over the qouted and brochure price, when I pointed out price in brochure she said she would honor it this time. read more

One of the best I've had, honestly - she started with my feet (what?) and ended with back, neck & shoulders which is always the best part! I will definitely be coming back for future appointments. I had the worst experience here. The massage therapist bruised me so bad that they were visible for a week. When I spoke to Tim, the owner, he refused to refund me saying that it was not from their place. He was totally rude and unhelpful. Stay away form this place!!!! read more

Bridgette is great for facials and gives good feedback and advice on my skin. I never feel like she is pushing me to buy product- its just good, honest advice. And she always does a great job on my eyebrows which is not an easy task! I have zero complaints about infinity. My husband and I won massages for two to Infinity MedSpa at a fundraiser. A business card was included in our package. I called the representative (Katie) who was truly the most pleasant customer service rep I have ever spoken with. She gladly explained the options available to my husband and I to redeem our gift cards. She quickly found dual appointments. We had the massages two days ago and they were wonderful. Both of our massage therapists well extremely well skilled and gave us great information following the appointment about trouble spots in our bodies. The atmosphere in the waiting area is truly lovely (the cucumber/orange water is delicious). While I was there for a massage, I was intrigued by the number of skin services they offered and am going to make a follow-up consultation appointment about some work in that area.
