I saw Shelley last week at Valencia Medical Center. She has the touch of an angel when injecting Botox. She is truly remarkable. I looked like I had a "lunch time facial" from a Beverly Hills surgeon after I left. Shelley uses a special technique so that both sides of your face look extremely symmetric after any work is done. This was truly almost a painless appointment. I was so thrilled with my results, and Shelley asked me to return in two weeks to make sure I was happy with all the results and she would do a recheck. This office has amazing professional service and staff and high-quality employees and they truly care that you are happy with your results . This is a great place to get injectables done. I first came in for Botox a few years back, then returned for filler. I just went back in for some refills after a long break due to being pregnant/having a baby and I feel great! It was a long time coming and much needed! I sent a pic to my mom when I got home and asked if I looked younger and well-rested, and she immediately texted back "whoa - you do!" I had a great first-time experience with fillers in my "laugh lines" (nasal labial folds). I had some anxiety mid-procedure (story of my life) but the doctor was SO accommodating. He whipped out a fan and held it to my neck to cool down my anxiety sweats, reclined me to a lay down position, and got me a cup of water. He didn't pressure me to get right back to it, he calmly waited til I said I was ready. That level of care ALONE gives this place 5 stars in my book. That was so kind. Additionally, the fillers he put in are absolutely lovely. I feel young again (currently 30), and got carded for the first time in 6 months today. Yay! read more

Well it has officially been over a year since they damaged my eye because they did not inject the filler correctly. I waited to write a review because I was hoping by a year my eye would go back to semi-normal and I can move on - it has not. You can clearly tell which eye was damaged. I had to go back twice for them to do the dissolver and it was not enough, and since they didn't even pretend to act like they weren't being inconvenienced by fixing their error, I had to go see an actual doctor for further dissolver - and it was still not enough. Please please please don't let anyone other an actual DOCTOR do your fillers and DO NOT GO ANYWHERE THAT HAS SALES. Sure you save some money, but I would have happily paid extra (and usually do!) to not have to deal with two different eyes. Who knows how long my eye will be this way. I purchase a voucher via Groupon to this place $500+ when I called to make the appointment, I let them know I had a Groupon voucher (as is indicated to do) they told me the person who schedules was currently busy with a client and would call me back within the hour, 5 hours later I called back to try and make the appointment since nobody called me back; they told me they will not honor the voucher because the price they have is much more than what is listed (keep in mind they never asked me how much I spent) and that they could book my appointment but I will need to pay more. They would not take the voucher because they have been trying to get off of Groupon for a while. They told me that it was up to me to get my money back from Groupon. I went back to the site and they are still selling these services online as of now. Groupon would not give a phone number to customer service, they will only email or chat. They chat is very automated so now I am left with trying to figure out how to get my money back. Watch out for this! Very unprofessional. read more

I've only been here a few times, but each visit I walk away extremely pleased with the results. I very nervously tried MiraDry here and worried for no reason! Shoutout to Bianca for practically holding my hand through the entire procedure. The tech that did the procedure ( I thiiiink, Maria?) she was awesome! Was making me giggle the entire time. Dr . A is also a treat to work with! He is super gentle administering numbing agents for the MiraDry procedure. Dr. A also treated me for my first Botox treatment - walked me through the entire thing, answered all my questions, and put me at ease. **Both procedures were a part of specials that they were offering - **specials change monthly which is a plus! I usually do not write negative reviews, I like to give people/establishments second chances - bad day happens to everyone... but this nurse practitioner was just a huge disappointment! I made an appointment for a simple B-12 shot. I'm pregnant so I needed approval from my OBGYN; which I had a written prescription. The process took a few phone calls to make sure the doctor at this facility agreed to give me the shot. I show up to my appointment, staff was great.. until I met the nurse practitioner. She was completely unprofessional, and "scared" to give me a simple B-12 shot even with MY OBGYN approval. She claimed I have a "condition", which I reply, she was incorrect I have a deficiency and I had been through this with my first pregnancy. She acted all scared and "didn't feel comfortable" giving a B12 shot... she sounded like we're talking about injecting something way more serious! She was ridiculous- she should go back to medical school and learn more about medicine! They wasted my time! I will never go back. read more

I was referred to Valencia Medical Center by a friend who spoke very highly of them, and I'm forever grateful I found them. From my very first phone call they were so professional and polite, I was even able to get an appointment same day. When I walked in I was instantly greeted by all of the front desk, even the girl on the phone looked up and smiled. Dr A did my lip filler (restylane kysse) and dysport in my forehead.
