Konnor in service let us bring it in the same day. He promptly worked with our warranty company to get our claim approved. He recommended the Furrion AC over our Coleman which is much quieter wow so glad we did awesome A/C. My wife saw two recliner chairs and Courtney in parts explained how much they were discounted. Wow what a deal! We asked Konnor what would cost to install very inexpensive at $204. He also said they could install them while they were working on the A/C. Courtney quickly measured and was awesome assisting with what we needed a power cord. The RV tech was awesome I believe his name was Cory he also fixed our entry door lock that was a problem. What an awesome dealership thank Konnor, Courtney and Cory.

Buyer Beware: My Experience with Giant RV…read more If you're considering buying an RV from Giant RV, read everything before signing and ask detailed questions about any deposit. In my experience, I was not clearly informed that I was signing paperwork making my $2,000 deposit non-refundable. I also understood that the money was not being applied toward the down payment. When I decided not to move forward with the purchase, I requested my deposit back, but I was told it could not be refunded because "their hands were tied." I take responsibility for signing the paperwork, but I also believe important financial terms--especially a non-refundable $2,000 deposit--should be clearly explained before asking a customer to sign. My advice is to read every document carefully, ask direct questions about whether any deposit is refundable, and don't sign until you're completely comfortable with the terms. I hope sharing my experience helps someone else avoid an expensive surprise.

I have several years experience dealing with RV dealerships. My last visit was to repair the side…read morefrom an underestimated short turn. They did a great job. While it was there they serviced the axels and fixed a warranty issue. I really like their weekly updates when awaiting parts. The service manager, parts manager and shop staff are just simply good people. I highly recommend buying a trailer from them. It's the service after the sale. Not something you'll find at those big money machine dealers. Thank you Travel Camp of Melborne. You Rock! We're off to Maine for the summer.

I purchased a Solaire 320TSBH from Travelcamp early December 2022; when I first started looking at…read morecampers there all the salesreps were working with a manufacturers rep; I just kinda cruised the lot abit and really didn't see anything that was making me want to pull the trigger. As I was casually walking around a Travelcamp employee (April O'Leary) walk by and asked if I needed any help and explained why the sales reps were tied up at the moment, so she put off what had brought her outside and kindly gave me a tour of what they had that might fit what I wanted. The last unit she pointed out was the 320, the design of the 320 doesn't leave much to preview wiyh the slides but I could tell it had the potential of what I wanted. We discussed getting the 3 slides out while I went to eat lunch, when I came back April met me at the front door and we went and toured the 320; it was everything I was looking for. After that I made several follow on visits to the dealership to walk through the unit again and be sure. On the last day someone had decided to buy that unit which worked out well because I mentioned the 320 the Ocala dealership had which had a couple of features the one I had been looking at didn't and April assured me that she could get that one from Ocala to Melbourne for me; win win for me. After giving Travelcamp a deposit they facilitated the transfer of the 320 to Melbourne at which April and I did a walk-through of the unit, she took notes of the very short list of things that needed to be resolved before I would close on the unit. The closing day, I met April & Jerry at the dealership to do the final walk-through and close on the unit. I could've save a small chunk of money by traveling a short distance and picked the 320 from another dealership, but the interactions with April throughout the entire process from walking onto the lot through the sale, April's punctuality and wiliness to listen instead of just selling made me a just want to buy the 320 from her at that dealership. If you're ever in the market and near Melbourne, stop in and see April, she is as genuine as they come, listens to what you have to say and doesn't know how to put pressure on you. I hope that I will need to buy another camper soon and she will still be!

Hey guys, real swell people over at Infinity Motors. I was browsing the Facebook marketplace for an…read moreRV and came across a few good looking well priced RVs Infinity had listed. I had all kinds of questions, probably sent the poor guy about 100 messages. But hey.. they're some patient people over there at Infinity Motors and all my questions were answered, real professional like. Let me say I sent some other RV folks messages, and I'd be lucky to get a response before I reach my 100th birthday, forget about it. But not Infinity, they're on their A game buddy. Now that I knew.. what was what.. I was asked if I'd like to make an appointment. I said "absolutely bud" and the next day I met Jason to check out a few monster RVs. Jason was a real patient guy, he didn't press my buttons. I had my eyes set on a big boy 2015 Olympia Coach. I told Jason I had to look at a few Coaches over at Camping World. Long story short, it's just a bunch of wise guys over at Camping World, real pushy fellas. Anyways I gave Jason a call right after leaving Camping World. I met back with him at Infinity, put a deposit down, and went for a ride. Everything seemed to look good and the price was right so I bought the bad boy! I can fit everybody in this RV, it's a real beast! I've taken it all over. A side note to Jason, sorry it took me so long to leave this review.. I've been traveling around.. I'm sure you understand bud. Hey all and all I'd recommend Infinity to my pals and my family. No complaints (not yet at least) hahaha just kidding Jason, dont get any wise ideas. Well, we have a very long story regarding a RV journey, but I will cut it short to give this…read moreamazing business their much deserved 5 star review. So, after a transmission problem in KY, we got on our way to FL. We arrived and things were going fine until our RV caught on fire. Yep, actual flames. Fortunately, we caught very quickly and put it out without damage to us or the RV. Note to newbie RV-ers: Get a fire extinguisher, even if you think you will never need it. We had to be towed from Viera to Cocoa and found Infinity Motors through a simple google search. We called another place first and they didn't answer the phone, so Infinity got our business. We are so glad they did! The other place should be kicking themselves now! We got towed in and were greeted by Larry, the mechanic and he was friendly, down to earth and really helpful. He consoled me a bit as I was a bit scared from the whole process. He explained what he thought it might be and told us he would take care of us and even stay late if he had to in order to get us going again. It ended up being a oil leak and the oil caught on fire on the exhaust. (my husband really should write this review because I don't know car terms so bear with me) When the owner arrived, he (Jason) and Larry spoked to us and told us it would be a bit more involved, but immediately left to get the necessary parts and returned to start working. We found out it would be more than that afternoon to get it fixed so we went to stay with family that evening. They were so friendly. Jason, the owner, really knows his stuff, as does Larry, and they were both knowledgeable and easy to understand in explanation of the mechanics of the problem. I'll be honest, being a woman, I don't always get treated like I know anything at car shops so I was impressed that they treated me like a part of the decision making process with my husband, answered my questions and explained things to BOTH of us. I don't know much about RV's, but I want to learn and appreciate how they spoke to me and my husband about the same RV issues equally. We came back the next day and our RV was ready to go. Our invoice was itemized, easy to understand and fully explained. They kept the old parts to show us what was done and didn't do anything we didn't ask for, but went above and beyond to make sure were on the road again. They didn't try to sell us extras either, but suggested things to be aware of in the future. They were honest, straight forward and told us what was necessary now for safety or what could wait, because we are on a strict budget, but want to make sure we get to our next destination. We got on the road and had no trouble until today when the RV started misfiring. Now our RV is 30 years old, so we don't expect it to run perfectly all the time, but when Jason and Larry looked at it before, they mentioned fixing the exhaust and we decided against that because it wasn't imperative at the time. Now it probably will be and we are okay with that. We contacted them this morning, Sunday when they are closed, and they told us to bring it over in the morning and they will take a look asap. Wow! What other shops do this? None. I haven't been to many who even answer the phone on a day off or won't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need or take weeks on your car. We were in and out in a day, treated respectfully and nothing came up as a surprise financially. Pretty great! I'lll update tomorrow after our RV is fixed again, but I have no doubts it will be fixed perfectly and we will back on our journey! Thanks to Jason, Larry and Phil!
