The more I think about it the creepier the place feels. Why would they need cameras everywhere? The pedicure room is small-ish, maybe four chairs, and enclosed behind glass. Brought my young daughter for mani/pedis together...they told me my technician was late so I just sat for at least 15 minutes while my daughter got her toes done, then finished before me and left to get her nails done without me. My pedi was fine but nails were not trimmed. My daughter's nails were done by the time I joined her and she had to wait 45 minutes for me--I was done about an hour after our appointments were supposed to be done. While doing my nails, my technician ignored my request not to make my nails all short (I acknowledged two had recently broken while gardening). She made them all short, and squared off. I asked at least 3 times for her to round them and she said ok and then filed them down even shorter, not rounding them at all, leaving me with super short square nails. She messed up painting one nail twice and had to start over. The whole appointment was way too long and the result was not was I hoped for. Thankfully my daughter still had fun and liked how her nails turned out. I'm very sorry I wasted a gift card I got, but also am glad I didn't have to pay to learn this is not the place for me. I would maybe try again and request someone else but she didn't have a name tag on and at the tip stage of the payment process she showed me a generic Venmo code. She was very very friendly, which is great, but if she was new someone should have been supervising and someone should have noticed we finished up an hour later than we were supposed to. read more

I'm glad I stumbled upon this place! It is a little hidden away next to Nandos and Coopers Hawk. This place is definitely not going to be my new go to salon but on days you really want to treat yourself to a place that is very clean (which is a super important in this coronavirus age), great customer service, quiet and peaceful... This is the place for you! Don't go here expecting to ball on a budget... My spa pedicure was awesome overall but I certainly expect nothing less for approximately $60 including tip . There was also not a large selection of colors but I even got a lower leg massage that was much more than I typically get in my spa pedicure. Upon entering They offered me a Diet Coke, water, and were otherwise very respectful and laid-back. During coronavirus they ask that you sign a release form and sanitize your hands and sign up on an iPad to receive points and payment. You can also pay through Venmo!! My best friend made our appointment and they actually took us to a private room with two chairs so we could chat freely and there was no major concern I had for cleanliness or social distancing. I do have to say that while the massage and the overall toenail cutting was awesome- I did wake up the next morning with my heels still rough...However I called and her office has such great customer service that I came back the next day and they took care of that without a fee. read more

Worst pedicure I've ever had. Almost cut me and the nail polish looks like a 2 year old did it. Gel polish is uneven, think and looks horrible. She cut my nails way too short and they are not even. I didn't complain when I was there, because I couldn't wait to leave. When booking my appointment, I specifically told them that I get pedicures all the time and I'm looking for a new person and I need somebody that knows what they're doing and are experienced etc. Awful and not relaxing experience. I booked a Spa Pedicure and Classic Manicure with Linh as a birthday treat to myself. I liked that I was able to book online. I rarely get my nails done and noone told me what to do when I got there, so I didn't know I should have selected a color before my pedicure started. I really enjoyed my pedicure, especially the remote controlled massage chair (though my back/neck hurt the next day so I think I used it too long). Linh did spend much of my manicure chatting with her coworker in her native language, which may bother some, but as an overstimulated mom I was just happy to not have to small talk:). My nails looked great and held up for a week with LOTS of dishes and they weren't even gel. Reminder to bring cash for tip! I'd definitely consider coming back in the future. read more

I'm only recommending this Spa and Nail Salon because of two employees. There's an AMAZING masseuse named Mary (I believe). She came from the Reston, VA Red Door location. And the other person is Usha! Both of these ladies were kind, welcoming, and experts at their craft. The facility is beautiful, up to date with the latest wash-bowls, hair styling areas, nail seating, and the pedicure area is so plush. But with opening seating in the front nail seating area, I was asked to sit in the back of the salon at a makeshift nail table, while sitting in a hair styling chair. The worst dip I've ever had done. First of all I was there for 3 hours total and I only was scheduled for a pedi & dip. The pedicure was great, I must be fair but the nails....awful! She cut me multiple times with the sharp file....she applied 4 dip layers and then when she went to file down, they were so wet she had to dip again. I have been going to Infinity Spa for about a year. Appointments are easy to make online. I have been getting dip nails done by Linh and she has been great. She pays attention to details and always makes sure my nails look good. If you pay by credit card there is a surcharge of 3.5% so I advice to have cash or you can pay via Venmo but through the debit card instead. Ample of parking in the back of the spa and also sometimes in the front. Linh also always offers me something to drink and you must try the herbal tea with real edible lavender/roses. read more

This was my first visit to the spa and I must say, I am very pleased with the gel pedicure I received. Linh took amazing care of me. She not only made my feet look and feel so much better, she also did an excellent nail design and gave me a fantastic leg and foot massage. I had read mixed reviews of this spa, but my experience was outstanding. I was skeptical, however, I had received a gift card for Christmas from an out of state family member. So, I had to use it. ‍ The spa is clean and well maintained. The staff all seemed friendly and helpful. They give discounts for using Venmo and cash I told Lihn to do whatever design she wanted on my nails at the beginning of my appointment. I pick pink and that inspired her to do a Valentine's Day theme. I love it! I will be back to see Linh at Infinity Spa & Nails in the near future! I would highly recommend Linh and the spa to others. I went to sit and he still didn't even care to help me . He still was working on another customer so again she basically made me go sit and wait again . There are a few times when the nails are expertly carved for perfection. Today I had such an experience with my nails - The CatEyes. The nails were done so perfectly. All the nails were evenly matched for heights. The craftiness of the nail artist is realized when you look at the final result. All you have to do is just be patient while she shows her skills. I've never been more impressed by the work Katie (the artist that worked on my nails) has done. Of all the salons I've been (although that's not a lot. I've been to five different salons over five years), the service rendered here is by far commendable. Of Course that includes the value for money too when talk about the service. Outstanding! This is a beautiful nail salon and spa. I don't get pedicures very often, but this one had rooms for couples and families and that was great. The nail techs easily understood my concerns since I'm diabetic and need to be careful when getting pedicures. Masks were required in the spa and that was totally fine. This place is clean, everyone we met and talked to was friendly and warm and I look forward to going back in the future. My friend got a manicure in addition to the Pedi, and due to lack of time, they did both at the same time. They are going to be doing massages here soon, too, so all in one place to get pampered. I came here last minute 45 minutes before close to fix a broken nail. I had SNS ombré with acrylics and had gotten this done elsewhere. Infinity is close to me and my regular salon was closed, so I decided to try them out for the fix. I asked for skinny coffin and said I hate when techs make it an almond shape. I also said I love the shape of my other nails. You can see in the picture I ended up getting ALMOND not coffin. Also, the ombré is bad. You can't even call that ombré! It's also very thick at the base which I don't like. It took 30 minutes to fix one nail where at my regular salon it takes 15 minutes. I am giving this 3 stars instead of 2 because the tech I had was friendly and very sweet. Also, the inside of the salon is gorgeous and very clean. I came to Infinity today after looking on Yelp for a new nail place to try. I was able to walk in around 5:30 PM & get a spa pedicure without a wait. I checked in on an iPad they had near the counter at the front desk. Soon after I was offered water, coffee, & wine (they also had small area set up for light hors d'oeuvres). The gentleman at the front desk brought me a glass of red wine while I waited for my pedicure. After about a 5 minute wait, I was escorted into the pedicure room which has four pedicure chairs. The spa is very modern & nicely decorated. Tony was my nail tech & he did a great job with my pedicure. The prices here a little higher than average for this area, but with the esthetic they offer & the level of service I'd be willing to pay more. I also got a lower leg wax by Shandy. She's does a full range of waxing services & is also an esthetician at Infinity. This was my first lower leg wax. She waxed from my knee caps down to my ankles using soft wax. It was pretty painless considering other more sensitive waxing areas. She was gentle & paid attention to detail. I would definitely come back for the lower leg service again. Overall, I think this nail & hair spa is great. It provides an upscale feeling that I think if lacking in this area & that is usually drive to DC to get. read more

It's mainly the nail technician (Usha) assigned is not skilled enough to provide nail services. Get manicure started to chip away on the edges after just one week. For $85, certainly did not meet the quality. For my pedicure, the technician did not properly put the divider on my toes and put my sandals on prior to painting the nails. She asked me not to move my toes then I realized the situation, so I asked her to put the toe divider on, and to put my sandals on before further putting on nail paint. Gel manicure was put on in very confusing sequence. Nevertheless, after only one week, the edges of my nails are already chipping. A regular pedicure and gel manicure is $85, which is higher than most in the area, and the service rendered by this technician does absolutely not match up with the price. They should charge less for less trained/skilled technician like the salons. This location is also a salon so only half of the shop does nails, but the price charged seems to be paying for the rent for the whole place that doesn't benefit the nail customers. It has limited parking nearby but do have garage space if willing to walk further towards the office buildings. Will not go back. read more

I can't believe I didn't write a review when I went the first time. But I love this place. I only go for the Pedi's and both times were with my BF. Location This area is nice and it is easy to find. Very classy spa. The parking is not bad. There are some street parking spots ( I believe are for an hour parking only) and there is a parking lot across from the building. Staff Very friendly, catering, and welcoming. During hour wonderful spa Pedi we were served sodas & water. (wine would be nice here, I'm not sure if they offer it. I didn't ask) Service Great!
