I've also gotten a pedi there before and it was amazing (Dao is great!) They also take venmo which is super convenient and fast. This place was great. I got a mani-pedi and was taken care of by Lei. Lei did an amazing job, was polite, and professional. On top of that, I'm not someone that gets my nails done often, but when I have gone, it's always a little painful. Either the tip of your finger gets filed and it hurts a little, or a tool will slip and you get knicked. But, Lei was great and for the first time there was none of that! read more

My experience was horribly disappointing. I went on a Saturday afternoon. I was one of three customers in the salon. 1. There is no one at the front desk, so I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes before I eventually wandered into the nail portion. Once spotted, I was told to wait in the lobby. After 10-15 mins, I was brought back to a station. 2. A nail assistant wrapped my nails in acetone & foil to soak off the dip I currently had on my nails. She put my hands in warming mitts, and told to me to sit for 5 minutes. 45 minutes later, the nail technician finally got to me. I told her I no longer had time to get my nails done because I just spent an hour waiting. She said she's the only technician that can do dip. Well, that should have been communicated to me. I don't have two hours to spend getting my nails done. It's a Saturday afternoon, how can you have only one technician trained in the most popular type of manicure?! Needless to say, I will never go back. It's sad because this place is only 1/2 mile from work. read more

I just moved to Reston and was (am) looking for a new nail salon to call "home" so I tried Infinity about a week ago. The first weird thing was when I was getting my nails done, the lady recommended in the future if I don't want their more expensive services (re:nail dip) I should probably drive 20 minutes to Herndon to get my nails done (uhm what?) I brushed this aside, and overall when I left I was happy with the look of my acrylic nails + gel polish. That lasted about two days, before my first nail chipped. I'm paying an extra $15 for gel and I'm not overally rough with my hands (I work a desk job, don't have kids, etc). Gel polish Chipping within 2 days is unacceptable in my opinion. Within the week of going to get my nails done, half off one of my nails has broken off and another nail has chipped off "gel" polish. I guess the lady doing my nails was spot on and I should go to Herndon if I want quality nails done. read more

Not my kind of salon. I'm just a humble girl who doesn't ask for much and hoped to feel like a queen at least once in my lifetime by going to this place but unfortunately, I left not wanting to return. However, I received a gift certificate that I needed to use so I had no choice but to return. It's a luxurious salon, so pretty and with the latest gadgets - you check in on an iPad and you can pay your tip vi Venmo, wait what? Yep, they are definitely living in 2019! But none of that matters when you make an appointment for 1:00 and they take 30 minutes to actually see you (first visit on a Saturday). Then you make another appointment on a Monday and they are once again late in receiving me for my appointment... so whether it's a weekend or weekday, they don't know punctuality. I have a newborn, time is everything and it should be respected. That was the major turn off from this place - no respect for the customer's time. Here's another example, I got a spa pedicure and they make sure they do the service for the amount of time listed on the site. But how is it fair when your service is interrupted by the nail technician getting up to check out a customer or to help another technician for a gel color? Very unfair. I am cheated for my time and I still have to pay the same price? At this point, I don't care if you have the best pedicure tubs, you've made me feel like crap because you're not giving me the best customer service. All I wanted was two decent postpartum pedicures (in two different occasions) but I left very disappointed and looking forward to returning to my humble and inexpensive neighborhood salon that may not have the fanciest pedicure tubs but at least they give me undivided attention. This place is deceiving. Don't let the nice decor and fanciness fool ya - once you step in to this place, you don't matter, you're just another number not a human. read more

They had a promotion they were running as they first opened for a select period of time so I returned. However after my service was done which was rushed and I got ready to pay, I was informed by a woman who just gave me a sad face and said they were not doing the promotion anymore because the owner was unhappy. I said you all were promoting it with flyers and coupons and signs, I came with the intent of paying the price that had been advertised. I paid and I left without arguing further. I stood around for about 5 minutes and no one greeted me. Then I went around the corner to ask if I should come back, the woman snapped at me that I should have made an appointment. I told her I called and was told that wasn't an option. While I was in there, they were doing a manicure for someone and it looked SUPER sloppy. read more

I wanted to try a new nail place in Reston and found this place. The place was rather luxuious but the nail service they provided was quite disappointing. I went in as a walk-in, for regular manicure and pedicure. The technicians first tried to get my gel nails off - it was very clear the people who worked on my nails were not very knowledgeable on removing gel nails. They were really nice though and I could see that they were trying their best so I said to myself as long as the nails are done right it shouldnt be a problem. That was a mistake because later I found out they scaped (yes, scraped not filed) the surface of my nails and toe nails unevenly, making my nails all bubbly without the nail polish. The mani & pedi services were disappointing as well. You could see that the nails were not coated evenly, some were thick and some were thin. The nails were not colored all the way and some colors got on my hands/feet. Again, the technician was really nice and she tried her best, even when i asked her to repolish my nails. Unfortunately, the result was not any better than before. I ended up leaving the establishment very unsatisfied. I did see that they had more experienced technicians, who knew what they were doing. However, regular mani and pedi services are the basics of basics, and the fact that they have some employees who dont know how to do them right makes me question their quality of service they are providing overall. Especially when they charge a lot more for their luxurious ambience. Overall, it is nice place with nice people but my nails came out horrible so I will not be going back. read more

Beautiful facility, plus they do not reuse their tools or pedi linings, which is hard to find in the NoVA area. For their grand opening, customer flow was steady and employers were attentive. I stopped by two days later because I had not heard anything and as the associate was investigating what happened, the owner said "it's fine, ignore it (the charge or maybe me?) b/c it doesn't matter." The inside of this salon is super nice and I do like the check in process. I went in for a spa pedicure. I had a small hangnail on my big toe and the lady cut around it and pulled it down instead of just cutting it off. It's a bit painful/red now and the nail looks crooked. The first time I went in it was for a fill and the lady cut my cuticles down so far to the point where 3 of my fingers were bleeding. Nice salon but services need work. read more

I came to this place maybe 3-4 times and keep trying to give it a chance. The place is beautiful, very clean and looks great and the technology is nice. There are some Nepalese ladies that work there and have the best customer service. However, the nail technicians aren't so great and do not want to give you the time of day. Twice I have gone in there asking for a design and no one was able to give me one and I have walked out with nothing. I tell them ahead of time what I want and when it came time to do it they said they can't, after they did all the other stuff and I will have to pay! The place is over priced for its worth. I am done trying with this place. You can find better with more qualified technicians else where. read more

Made an appointment for a spa pedi yesterday for 10:45. Showed up today at 10:40 and waited until 11:05 before I left. Someone came from the side to tell they were running behind at 11... the only pedicurist there was still working on her client when I left and didn't look prepared at all to take an appointment. There appeared to be some investors of some sort moseying around - perhaps they'll note that they were running atleast 20 minutes late when they'd only been open for an hour. Looks beautiful inside. Infinity spa just opened less than a month ago and this is my favorite place to go in Reston already!! There located next to Mezeh restaurant. When I got there I checked in on I pad & was offered two options of water or red/white wine (i chose white really good. I got full set with dip powder today with Kate whose is kind of the owner/head of shop.. it was very relaxing and spa like it wasn't rushed like normal nail salons I've experienced, they actually pamper you and it was very good service for the price because you get spa like treatment while getting nails done. AMAZING! I went into this place earlier today for a spa pedicure and gel manicure, which I asked if I could switch to the dip powder manicure & they were happy to do it. Kate and her team are amazing, Kate kept checking on everyone, offering coffee, tea, water. Offered suggestions on nail colors, what would look great or quickly get the color you were looking for. It's a very modern salon, clean and a very comfortable environment. Because I asked to switch from a gel manicure to a dipping powder my technician switched from Tracy who did my pedicure was super super sweet and kind to a gentleman named Ian who was also very nice and kind. He explained everything he was going to do, asked me if I liked my nails as he was working the process. I cannot say enough. I was very pleased and I will definitely be going back!!! read more

I have been going to this salon on and off since they opened and am usually pleased with service. This time I had a very poor experience and will not be returning. I waited half an hour after my appointment time and had to remind them I was there. They actually took someone who did not have an appointment before me. Then the pedicure came out awful. She actually chopped off a huge corner of my toenai making an extremely odd rounded shape! I had lovely nails going in but now have horrid looking ones. I no longer recommend this salon. read more

Beautiful and brand new! Staff is great! My technician (male-can't remember his name) did not understand what I wanted and actually cut down my nails instead of just shaping them. The gel colors did not match the regular polish that I picked for my toes, but it wasn't too bad. I had gel polish on the sides of my fingers that I had to pick off. Beautiful establishment, but I will have to change technicians. read more

Very limited colors for gel and regular polish. I showed the tech (Grace) a picture of the design I wanted and she said they could do it. The design was just a few hearts (very simple). I wanted regular polish but she said they could only do the design with gel so I said ok to gel. In the end they couldn't do the design. The attempt looked nothing like the example I showed. I also asked for her to only cut my nails a little bit but she cut them too short. Won't ever come back. read more

I wanted to treat myself to a rare pedicure after a half marathon and Infinity had just opened next to my office building. The ladies were warm and welcoming and offered me a drink and gave me the grand tour of their beautiful salon. They told me to sign their mailing list for an instant discount. The pedicure "room" was private and nicely tucked away so you don't have to look at everyone passing by or walking into the salon. The lady Vee who gave me a pedicure was so sweet and gentle. I had several sore patches and abrasions on my feet so I was very grateful that she didn't come near me with that foot scraper thing. Got a gel manicure yesterday. 4 out of 5 nails on my left hand are chipped. On my right hand, the nail polish has somehow completely come off two nails. It's been less than 24 hours.... I got OPI gel polish, and I always get OPI gel polish and this has never happened before. Waste of $45. read more
