Ashley Butts Wilkers will take personal phone calls while in the room with a patient and they will refuse to see you even if you're only 16 minutes late even after you have called and talked to someone and the nurse on the phone said it was okay. I've never been to a place where i felt that they bully and judged someone as much as i feel it here. I've gave them multiple chances to make it right but years after trying to make this place work i will definitely go somewhere else. Just horrible and disgusting may karma give them what they deserve.

We scheduled our appointment at the beginning of the day, we got there a little early (Sneak-A-Peek wasn't open yet) so killed some time at Krispy Kreme. The (owner?) was very helpful in telling my wife that sugar is heavy and would put the baby to sleep, instead of getting him moving like we wanted. The waiting room was very nice and had an area for our other boys to play. The room you go to do the ultrasound was extremely nice, like a cross between a living room and a bedroom. The boys and I could sit on a couch and watch a big screen while my wife could watch from the TV above her. All in all this was probably the best ultrasound we've ever had, and well worth the money!

The owner was extremely welcoming and attentive to her customers, not once did I feel uncomfortable or even have the chance to feel nervous. The waiting room is clean and inviting, so the wait wasn't unbearable. When you go into the exam room they are friendly and outgoing but still remain professional, the perfect balance. The room was very nice, clean and yet very homey. My baby (boy) turned out to be a little jumpy but not once did my tech get frustrated or show any emotion other that elation for this being our first baby, she conversated while we found positions and then thoroughly explained what exactly I was seeing, on a very large screen might I add, and also was able to get my very shy husband talking, he was so excited when she gave him the news he would be having a boy. Overall a perfect experience, and a wonderful memory of where I found out what my little guy was going to be. I absolutely recommend Sneak-A-Peek, and cant wait to return at 26 weeks for another go of it.

At each appointment received shots for bursitis. I paid my copay at each visit and started receiving bills for the shots received. When I went to BCBS with this the clinic had charged the insurance company for surgery, therefore they were not covered. I talked to the nurse on my next visit and she said that was not the correct way to code that and she would look into it, no solution came from that. I received another bill after the next visit with charges for each shot received which had also been coded to surgery. I wrote a letter to the clinic explaining the mistake and asking they correct. I then received a final bill stating it would be turned over to collection. The billing department needs to learn a thing or two, I never got it straightened out and paid it so as not to ruin my credit. Again doctor is great, nurses are great, watch the billing department, they are very difficult to have to deal with.

I reviewed and updated My Chart and checked in online, so I didn't have to do it in the office; I only had to pay my co-pay. I had an address correction on My Chart, and after that was done, I waited only a few minutes before I was called back for my appointment with Dr Adrien DiVittorio. After taking my weight, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation, the nurse asked the usual questions about changes in medications and issues I've had since my last visit. After summarizing what I needed to discuss with Dr. DiVittorio, I waited until he arrived. Dr. DiVittorio had already reviewed My Chart updates and the summary, so we got right to him asking questions and changing medication to get better results. I was given a sample inhaler to start on and will follow up with the nurse practitioner in four months to see how I do on the new regimen. I like how Diagnostic and Medical Clinic and Dr. Adrien DiVittorio's Office work. Their system is very efficient. The time you have with the doctor is the limitation Medicare gives him, not what the doctor chooses to provide you with.
