I arrived at 9:10 am and sat in the office waiting until 10:00 am then got taken back to a office to be seen. After the nurse took my vitals she left and said the doctor would be right in. Twenty more minutes or so passed - still no doctor and I had to leave. The people working in this office are not professional and I get the impression they feel they are doing you a favor by letting you have an appointment. They performed a moes surgery and he had to wait 30 minutes for the result. It's now 11:00am and he's still waiting for the result. I just spoke to the receptionist to complain and she finally went back. She said he was clear and they are just waiting for a room to stitch him up. He was finally called back to get stitched up. Except for stitch removal, this is the first and last time seeing this doctor.

At the referral of my primary I went to this facility to see Dr. McLaughlin. The doctor was…read morewonderful and cared what I was going through with my arthritis. At each appointment received shots for bursitis. I paid my copay at each visit and started receiving bills for the shots received. When I went to BCBS with this the clinic had charged the insurance company for surgery, therefore they were not covered. I talked to the nurse on my next visit and she said that was not the correct way to code that and she would look into it, no solution came from that. I received another bill after the next visit with charges for each shot received which had also been coded to surgery. I wrote a letter to the clinic explaining the mistake and asking they correct. I then received a final bill stating it would be turned over to collection. The billing department needs to learn a thing or two, I never got it straightened out and paid it so as not to ruin my credit. Again doctor is great, nurses are great, watch the billing department, they are very difficult to have to deal with.

If you ask the people at the desk, they just instruct you to check in on the kiosk into which you are to enter in your insurance and social security number along with scanning your insurance cards and drivers license. On one hand I like that other people aren't handling your information, on the other it's very impersonal and the people at the desk seem like they don't want to be bothered (due to the eye roll) and I should've obviously seen and known that I'm supposed use the kiosk to check in. Then you have to read the signs to determine which side of waiting room to sit on for which ever doctor you are to see. The X-ray tech was very nice, fast and professional. The physical therapy staff are all very sweet and professional. The Doctor was excellent and I am very impressed with the efficiency of the office overall. Highly recommend.
