I brought my laptop in on a Monday panicking because it wouldn't boot up. I was greeted with reassurance that is was most likely a virus that was going around and not to worry. On Wednesday morning Specialized called to say that my laptop was up and running and ready to be picked up. Price was very fair and I didn't have to deal with the Geek Squad which to me is a complete nightmare of over rated "Geeks"
