So he tells me they fixed that but then it keeps crashing, we're fed up, an take it home. Now it won't even start up right: it did before just really slow, Then I go to check it this morning an the battery is dead, try to plug in the adapter cord for charging and come to find they sent us home with the wrong one!

I don't normally do this, but I had to share my rant. I often support small local businesses…read morebecause their hard work matters, however, Noll PC Services will NEVER get my business again. A couple weeks ago I took Dan's Ipod touch in to see about getting it repaired. It's old and not worth much but worth a shot. I got a recommendation to take it to Noll PC Services and after checking them out, I did, it even said they give FREE estimates (which it conveniently doesn't state on their website anymore). Well after taking it in, a week later I received a phone call saying I had a $40 labor charge and they still weren't sure what was wrong with it. Probably a battery which would cost about $10.00. I hung up and got to thinking...first of all what happened to the FREE estimate!? Also, why wasn't I notified before ANY labor costs were incurred!? So when he called back, which then he told me the bill was $80, I stated my concerns and he said these were just their policies and that the FREE estimates were for computers only (also never stated on the website). After arguing for what seemed like forever, I hung up. Well, he called back....so I gave it to Dan to "handle". Noll PC then asked if "what's her name" was there (referring to me)...WHAT THE HECK KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT!?!?!?!? You call a customer not even knowing their name!? Dan took it from there and by the end he hung up on Dan!! So in the end, their customer service is terrible and their advertising is false. I would NEVER, EVER recommend them to anyone needing any kind of repair at all!!! Spread the word.
