THEY SET IT UP! Customer service is great... until you have an issue and then you are to blame for their faulty inflatable. They mentioned they had a replacement available. I returned the call within about 30 minutes, but by then I was told the replacement had already left the warehouse and was no longer available. That left us without a slide on the day of our party, with a house full of kids and guests and virtually no chance of finding another rental on one of the busiest days of the year. I understand accidents happen and equipment can get damaged. My disappointment is that there didn't seem to be a backup plan to make things right for a customer who had reserved a premium rental for a major holiday. When you're spending this much money and planning an event around a specific attraction, reliability matters. Unfortunately, this experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing, and I wouldn't feel comfortable depending on this company for an important event in the future.
