We went in for Cryo mid morning the next day and by the evening, he was able and fully extend his knee and said it was 90% of the way healed. One small note from my experience with their Mission Valley location is that it can be a bit frustrating since the doors are locked, and even if you have a scheduled appointment, you cannot get in without a code. That detail is not always clearly communicated when booking, which can be confusing the first time. Overall, I love the experience at the Carmel Mountain location.
