When I arrived, I was shocked by how rude and inconsiderate the employees were. They eventually "accommodated" me despite my supposedly invalid Groupon, but the experience just got worse from there. I had purchased an EMS sculpt treatment, but they tried to put an electrical stimulation device on me instead -- which is NOT the same thing. It was clear they were trying to scam me into a different treatment, thinking I wouldn't notice. When I pointed it out, the employees just laughed -- I'm not even sure they understood English. I somehow survived that appointment, but when I called to schedule my second appointment, they told me they wouldn't accept my second Groupon -- even though they were the ones selling it! That was enough for me. I will never visit this business again and definitely do NOT recommend it to anyone.

The combination of changing terms after purchase, lack of written disclosures, and refusal to escalate is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on the company's integrity.
