The "spa" is more of a converted office space with no ambiance. The aesthetician was very nice but the treatments were nothing special. My second experience was extremely disappointing. The day of my appointment the spa called to tell me there was a scheduling issue and had to reschedule. This threw a wrench in schedule. When I showed up for my appointment the aesthetician seemed nice enough. However, she talked the entire time. I now know everything about her life, from her husband to her horses to friends who have image issues. She went so hard with the microdermabrasion that my skin is still raw 3 days later. She also used the tool on my lips. That was not comfortable. She also applied the mask to my lips which ended up getting in my mouth. She attempted to do extractions, which I believe she has little experience with. Also, she never performed the ultrasonic treatment. I didn't ask because I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I only hope that no permanent damage has been done to my skin.

When I've been to other places are just like OK here's your injection this is the standard amount, See you in x amount of months for the same amount. That's not how this place is, Kathy told me that the goal is to keep my symptoms at bay and not go through up and downs, where I'm having symptoms and I get treatment, it goes away and it comes backs. I now have a clear goal and plan where she will assess how I'm going after each treatment and see how to adjust for the next. after just a few days I already see positive changes. On another note when coming here it is in the medical center so come 15 minutes before your appointment to give you time to park and find the place since it is an area with a lot of medical offices.
