The person who was helping him, though she also looked fairly small, said to pull his car around, and she would bring it out for him. Just in the 20 minutes that I was in there waiting in line I saw genuine customer service for the first time in a long time. People being very helpful and nice and I didn't even mind how long the wait was because you could see that they were really trying to make sure that everyone got everything that they needed before they were done with them. You can earn degrees, build a business, be intelligent but you must learn customer service. I'll go back to the library and find another printing company. The staff need a course in people skills.
