Ingenious Construction did an amazing master bathroom renovation. When we purchased our home in Lafayette last year, the master bathroom had not been updated since the 1970s. It had 2 awkward entrances, a water closet with a toilet and shower in the middle of the room, and 2 vanities in the corners. The most important thing about Ingenious Construction is that we trust them to do things right. Given the layout and design issues with the existing bathroom, they did a gut renovation down to the studs. That allowed them to fix things we weren't even expecting like fixing a slight slope in the floors. Carlos and his team are also clean and detail oriented. We lived in the house as they did the renovation and they were very careful about leaving the surrounding area as clean as possible. Ingenious Construction cares about client service and change requests. When we didn't like the type of door trim that was selected, they went out and got a different type. When we wanted to turn an empty space in a built-in cabinet, they found a way to do it. Ok I've been disappointed by bad results of contractors/handymen in the past.....nobody appreciates being used with bad work....i got lucky finding these guys...I had 5 estimates for concrete and 2 gates in the front/side of my house.....ingenious was the best price...reasonable ...I made a good choice...the voices guys arrived in the morning the first day....worked til 4pm in the heat...excavating and building forms for the concrete to be poured the next day....these guys are very good/hard workers...didn't slow down...they used 1( one) wheel barrel from the truck to where they poured ....finished the concrete the 2 nd day....beautiful and built 1 gate....3rd day they made a 2nd gate.....just beautiful work.....I would recommend this contracting business to anybody...great job guys and thx read more
