I was told it may have gone onto the train and that there was nothing they could do except say sorry. I've been to more than 36 laundromats across the United States, and this is the first time something like this has ever happened. An apology does not replace an expensive bracelet, and customers should be clearly warned if there is any risk of personal items being lost during the wash process. I expected better accountability and customer service. Very disappointing experience.

I grabbed her and her blanket and her toys as fast as I could off the ground. I took some photos and videos and squashed the sucker. Not to mention the washers smell musty when you open them but that I could look past the bed bugs is a big no go for me though. After two years of searching around town, we landed at Ingram's, told the front desk folks of our worries, and have been going back ever since. Yes, we pay a bit more here, but our clothes come back top notch, ready to wear, every time. We put in a big order the day before leaving town. Upon pick up that afternoon, we found one pair of jeans that didn't come back with enough starch. These guys were willing and able to get the jeans fixed up, back to us bright and early the next morning and even comped the service. They take good care of us and we'll be back regularly.
