This place is extremely clean, welcoming, and affordable! There is always staff on-site who are friendly, kind, and make you feel right at home. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, making laundry day much more enjoyable. With 62 washers and 56 dryers, getting your laundry done is quick and easy, even when the laundromat is busy. They also have vending machines and sell soap and detergent, so you can conveniently pick up anything you may need. The facility offers several TVs and free Wi-Fi, which is a huge plus. I usually start my loads, bring my computer, and watch movies while I wait. The dryers work great, dry clothes quickly, and are free with every wash, making this place incredibly affordable. I had a small hiccup during one of my visits, but Kristin and Meredith were eager to help and resolved the issue right away with the friendliest customer service. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out. Overall, this is a fantastic laundromat with excellent staff, great amenities, and unbeatable value. 10/10 would recommend! read more

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this laundromat. I always wash my WHOOP bracelet in the washer with my clothes, and this time it was lost. I was told it may have gone onto the train and that there was nothing they could do except say sorry. I've been to more than 36 laundromats across the United States, and this is the first time something like this has ever happened. An apology does not replace an expensive bracelet, and customers should be clearly warned if there is any risk of personal items being lost during the wash process. I expected better accountability and customer service. Very disappointing experience. read more

The claim that they are the cleanest laundromat in Abilene is a lie. You can tell just by the cars in the lot that the inside is going to be dirty. Point on the doors are covered in dirt then the smell of burned piss hits you the second the doors open. The washer by the doors are dirty inside and out. Smell of dirty water and mildew. Floor where a mess, parking lot was full of trash too. Stay clear of the place! read more

I like this place, sometimes it gets to busy but overall is a great place to wash clothes.

This place is as nice as everyone says. It is clean, spacious, and very well run. I'm quite sure that the young lady and mother who were working there today are not the owners. They absolutely work like they own the place! They worked the whole time I was there, cleaning, helping customers, and doing laundry. They really were that awesome! The Wi-Fi is good and there are lots of outlets in case you need to charge your device. Oh, and the restrooms were very nice. This really is a five-star place. read more

I'm gonna start by saying the place was clean, the staff was helpful. The free dryers are great... BUT - this place needs a little more customer oversight. There were at least 4 employees there. I shouldn't have had the issues that I had. First - some lady had her dogs off leash just running around the laundromat. If they were service dogs they were not labeled (like a vest or whatever) which I understand is not required.. but the biggest problem isn't really that they were there.. But running around bothering all the other people. So then their owner walks up to me and says "BTW my dog peed on your laundry basket" and them she chuckled.. I said "umm what" and she said "it's ok, he was just marking his territory" and then walked away. Didn't offer to clean the basket or anything. I approached one of the employees and asked to borrow their cleaning spray to clean the basket and told them about the interaction. They let me use the spray - but to my knowledge did not ask the woman to leash her dogs or ask her to leave the facility. Second - there was a grown man who was walking around the facility playing with a latex glove the entire time we were there. He wasn't doing laundry, just pacing. It was very creepy because he kept walking over to the kids area. As we were leaving I had the trunk open on my car loading laundry in.. and this guy walks up to my car and takes my daughters stuffed animal out of the trunk. I yelled, pretty firmly, "please don't touch my stuff" and he didn't acknowledge me at all and continued to hold the animal. I then got in his face and took it back from him. We left. It's clear this man has some sort of mental health issues, but if he is going to enter people's personal space, then his presence at the place needs to be addressed. read more

Good, clean place to do laundry. The machines all looked relatively new and well-kept. The machines are all card-operated, and there was a machine on the far wall that would take cash/cards in order to load a laundry card to run the washing machines. Different size machines were different prices. Dryers were free, however they only would run for 10 minute increments. This was somewhat annoying because you couldn't leave for a bit and do something else; it kinda forces you to sit around and push the button again if your clothes aren't dry after 10 minutes. They're fairly powerful though and mine actually were pretty much dry after about 10 minutes. read more

When I leave most laundromats in Abilene I feel like my clothes are dirtier than when they started but I straight up p ur LOVE this place! It's super clean & spacious, which is amazing but the STAFF?! Every time I've been here I'm amazed by the staff! Meredith especially works so hard during her shift but is always willing to stay a few min later for that straggler still washing after they've closed!! This woman is patient & kind & hard working! Awesome laundromat don't even bother with a laundromat that is ashamed to have staff on site the last one I went to I tried to talk to the maintenance guy and he told me that he was not allowed to speak to the customers here the first visit the staff walked me through the entire process and answered every question I had what a difference!
