I found them through Angie's list and received a call very early in the morning from them saying they could have someone out there same day. When I called him back he said he would have them out there after lunch and they were there. They crawled under the house and assessed the damage quickly and gave me an estimate on the spot to replace about 6 feet of piping. They were done in about an hour, and even checked my hot water heater for pressure related issues. They didn't try to up sell me, just gave me the invoice for what they quoted. They did recommend some additional work that may help prevent issues going forward but nothing pushy. I have had several plumbing companies out, some big name ones, and I'd honestly say that Williams and Sons were the most forthright and honest company I have worked with and reasonably priced.
