The day of the appointment, I was called around 8:15 to confirm that a technician would arrive between 9 and 10 am. Frank arrived in the promised window of time. I explained briefly, that I'd like to create a half bath in an existing closet. Within minutes, Frank took all of the current plumbing into consideration and was able to quote the project. Luckily, the closet is in a very central location and neighbors and kitchen and master bath. My parents have used AAA City Plumbing several times, so I know they do great work. I will still do a little research and estimate gathering prior to selecting a contractor, but overall, pleased with the initial experience.

He was here for about 6 hours, including when he left to run for parts. He did not finish the project that day. He completed the work shown but said he'd be back tomorrow to repair the leaky toilet in the above bathroom, as you can see in the screenshot he continued to lie about coming back, he then started ignoring my calls and texts so I called from my husbands phone where he answered and lied to me about coming again. We chose to stop pursuing him coming back because he obviously did not plan to. The screws from the top coupling stuck out beyond the wall and had to be fixed since he would not come back to fix them. I would absolutely not recommend Anderson Plumbing to anyone, he'll do poor work and never follow up about repairing it (as we assume he knows he's done a poor job). I would give him zero stars but 1 is the lowest I can give to post this.

I just found out that they appear to have exited the residential business. I can appreciate a pivot in business focus where it makes sense, although it would have been great if they had let me know in the middle of winter so I could find another provider. Delayed refunds for services, not returning calls, etc., can destroy a brand and negatively impact the business going forward. At a minimum, it would be great if you could communicate the change in focus and connect us with other residential providers. I would not recommend this company.
