They were very through and detail oriented - asked questions about what I liked and what I need and what is important to me for cleaning and tidying. Set good expectations for deep clean and then they did such an awesome job! Got into nooks and crannies, corners, ledges, vacuumed fabric on couch and more. Deep clean was so good I signed up for a weekly cleaning and been doing that for a few weeks now. Rates are very competitive. They bring all the supplies. They are very communicative and reliable. But what really seals the deal for me is that they are so thorough and really get the grimy areas every time! I have four pets, and two humans working from home, even though we clean a bit the regular upkeep makes SUCH a difference. And I so appreciate that they are mindful of my cats and dogs who can get stressed by cleaning sounds. Also I am happy to support a local small business and a couple who are managing all their own clients. I had mediocre experiences with professional cleaning before but now have a very high bar set.
